These guys are fab! I had some problems, we thought they were fixed, but not. They came back and picked it up, no charge. Then it was doing the same thing. They did it again. Now it's like new! They have my business for life ( about 3 months) but really good people.

This is the second year I have rented a golf cart from John's Golf Cars and I can't say enough good things about them. The staff is kind and courteous, while also being professionals. Even though we stayed way down the beach, we rented one just to cruise around the main town and go to lunch. My granddaughters thought it was the greatest fun in the world! I will make a reservation for next year and look forward to doing business with them again.

Excellent service. Dropped my cart off for new batteries and charger and they had it ready to go the very next day. They even washed the front seat off for me. I will be bringing my cart back here for all service and maintenance needs. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Awesome service, they deliver the gift cart before scheduled time. We had a flat tire and they was there to fix within the hour. Would recommend using their service.

We were told on the phone that our cart would be delivered in the morning between 7-9 am but it didn't come until 3 in the afternoon. Also, there were no rules about where it was legal to drive the cart ( it is very specific per the city and a map is necessary). Additionally our gas golf cart spewed out lots of exhaust. Not worth the cost.

I bought a golf cart in June from Johns in Emerald Isle. I got a good running used cart for a great price. They have helped me immediately as soon as I reached out for help after I purchased it. I had to get battery work done and one of my seats got a ink mark on it... they immediately picked it up and replaced my seat cover! When my battery died they picked me up from the beach and carried me home. Good local people who stand by their products

Arrived with cart in my trailer with no appointment.Fwd/reverse switch was sparking mechanic diagnosed problem right on the trailer. 60 bux to replace solenoid and I was on my way with no hassles! Great job guys

I've been working with John's Golf Carts for over 15 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're dependable, honest, and stand by their work and their products. Good folks and phenomenal service - I highly recommend them!
