Not a great experience. The people working were nice but everything else was not nice.

Took 50 minutes for them to remove my friends polish which is ridiculous. The people doing our nails kept stopping and leaving. I guess they have a room in the back and we're going back and forth between people.

My nail shape was fine but they filed one hand shorter than the other. Left the dip under my nails. Missed dip on part of my nail and we were there for 1.5 hours.

It was $40 but not worth it.

I walked right in on a late Saturday afternoon. The people seemed friendly and had a lot of colors to choose from, but the service was not good. After I paid $55 for the basic pedicure($31) and gel ($20), I took a closer look at my toes when I got outside in natural lighting. Quite a few of my toenails did not have an even coat of polish on them. They needed at least one more coat... and maybe 2. The color wasn't consistent from nail to nail and the polish job itself was very spotty. The polish didn't extend as far as it should have on a couple of toes and overall just looks messy. It doesn't look professional and certainly isn't worth the money. Unfortunately, it was my first time visiting and my last.

Cindy always does SUCH an amazing high quality job on my nails. I'm obsessed!!! The facility is so welcoming, and they will treat you like a Queen!

My fiancé and I had aloe vera pedicures with Hannah and Lucy. Both were amazing! Very relaxing and thorough. But most importantly, they took their time with cutting cuticles. I'm anxious whenever I get pedicures since I've gotten cut over the years but Lucy was so gentle yet efficient. Will definitely come back!!

I had the best experience here! It was my first time getting dip and I came to get a manicure and pedicure for my wedding. So much fun and I loved chatting! She did an incredible job and my nails look perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent manicure and pedicure. The aloe Vera mani pedi were amazing and manicure included a shoulder massage.

Came as a last minute walkin. The host was pleasant, the spa is BEAUTIFUL, VERY clean. She told she had a customer come back in an hour. I came back but one of her regulars walked in and she showed her loyalty. I left cause I wasn't going to wait any longer. Loved her loyalty but she wasted MY time. I was traveling cross country so that irked me.

Horrible. Had a pedicure and manicure here. First, I came in around 9. They said that everyone had not come in yet and to wait 15 mins. Wait turned out to be more like 30 minutes. Anyways, I get taken to the back, I chose the signature pedicure $30 and signature manicure $20. The lady kept pointing to the callous package so I said that's fine. The pedicure itself was ok. But she did nick me a few times and and same with the manicure. But she did not do anything with lotion. No massage nothing. Did not shape my nails at all either. Total was $60. 100% waste. When I got home a few hours later, my feet were burning, when I looked down below is what i saw. I haven't been able to walk much since. I've never had this bad of a pedicure. I don't live in the area anymore but would not return back even if I could. Awful.

Cindy is ALWAYS amazing! When I bring a picture in of what I want, she never disappoints! I was paying waaay more for way less at another place. Thanks Cindy!
