Update...Jorge is a crook. Don't get scammed by this piece of excrement. In total he's stolen over 8grand from me, and it's cost me 5g to hire a professional to fix all the damage he did to my property. There is zero communication with him, and the list gets longer by the day of people's he's screwed. If you're one of these people please contact me as I'm already in the process of sueing him. If you're in the process of getting screwed by him let me tell you what he does (as reported to me by Peter, Daniel, Dawn, and one other person) it'll be excuses as to why he can't come to work. Then it'll be ignoring your calls and text, then comes the sob story, and more excuses. Then more sob and then finally its "I'll pay you back" now that's the kicker because he'll promise this wk, then next wk, then sob story I don't have money I'm broke and need your help. You'll never get paid by this clown. Don't hire! Learn from our mistakes

Do not hire Jorge Vasquez Everything Outdoor! He is a scammer and total con man! He will ask for money up front for supplies and will NEVER provide any supplies or service. Jorge cleared my yard after Hurricane Ian and did a good job. I paid him after the job was completed. Months later, he contacted me to provide full landscaping. He came to my house July 14th, Friday and said he would clear my lot and bring all the trees and plants agreed upon Monday, July 17 because he had a job that had to be postponed. He asked for 50% which was 10K to cover the cost of the trees and vegetation, mulch etc. He told me to take a picture of his driver's license to seem more legit. (Don't fall for that-temporary license and he has multiple addresses so he can't be found). After many promises to bring his crew and plants, a month later, two guys came and cut down 2 trees and left them laying in my yard. After several more months of lies and no shows, I asked for my money back. He agreed, but of course never returned my money. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am filing criminal charges with the police under Florida House Bill 7125, Sections 489.126(2) and (3) stating the contractor is subject to criminal prosecution if he requires (steals) more than 50% cost of the job up front and does not provide materials or service.

On 4/11/23, I contracted with Jorge Vazquez Everything Outdoor for a simple masonry job that had to be permitted per Lee County, FL building code. Contract also included installing a simple (his words), irrigated screening barrier along our property line. I gave contractor $7,200 deposit check for a $12,000 job.

2 weeks later, contractor dropped on my lawn 3 large palms trees (part of the job). I heard nothing from him for 3 weeks. I repeatedly contacted contractor to get a permit application underway and asked when he was going to start the job. He simply sent me a link to the Lee County building department for me to get the permit started. I learned in the process of completing the permit application that Lee County required structural drawings by an engineer, something the contractor could not do. He told me he would put me in touch with a structural engineer but I got no contact information for such a person. I constantly chased contractor to get the palms and other landscaping planted. I got a myriad of excuses as to why he could not begin planting and asked me to water the trees that he had delivered. Contractor then arranged for another contractor to install the palms. That 3rd party contractor brought a hand truck to install trees which weighed 1,000+ lbs each, and left once they saw the size of the trees. In order to prevent the trees from dying and ruining my lawn, I had a local landscaper install the palms with an appropriately-sized machine.

On May 1, I told contractor to cease any further work and return my funds immediately. I offered to pay the trees he left & to pay for and retrieve from the contractor the plants and other trees he said he purchased if he would give me copies of the receipts. This was never done.

I've repeatedly asked for a return of my funds but, despite repeated assertions that he'll pay me, I have not seen my money.

This guy is a complete confidence-man. Avoid at all costs.
