Sat there for an hour patiently while they took reservations ahead of me. Ok fine, I get it. But then, when I was finally the only customer left, the lady left to go to Mcdonalds instead of helping me. It was 1:30, this place doesn't even open until 11. WTF. Never going back.

Had a 5 o'clock appointment for son. Didn't get seated in the chair until 5:15. Usually fine but he had basketball practice at 6. The stylist couldn't be bothered to get off her phone to accommodate the appointment time. Will not be back.

JR's is not a bad barber shop at all! I got there all the time for my cuts and they always do the great job! I love how it's no appointments you just walk in write your name down on a piece of paper and then sit down and wait!!!

I've been going for a few years now and only once did I get a bad hair cut. (I asked her to blend in my sideburns and she cut them off!) Past that, the only complaint I have is the hairstylist asking if you care to tip them when your at the counter. It's awkward, and puts the customer in a weird situation.
I asked the GM about it, and she explained that this is the way their point of sale system operates and cannot be changed. This is just a flimsy excuse, as last I checked, we run the computers, they don't run us. So it's not that the POS can't be changed, but that ownership CHOOSES not to. And for the record, I'm a generous tipper, so it's not that I'm opposed to it, but rather that it should be left unsaid if I want to or not.

Just another Lady Jane's knock off that doesn't live up to the standard. Website advertises cuts include shampoo, hot towel, and a scalp massage. I did not receive a scalp massage just the shampoo and hot towel. You go to Lady Janes and you know you've gotten a scalp massage! The hair cut was nice but I can go anywhere to get that.

Big screen TV on sports channel to watch while I waited my turn. TV at the station to tune to whatever I wanted to watch. Cute girl cut my hair. Best haircut I've had in a long time. They really know how to cut a guy's hair and for a great price. Telling all my friends.
