Worst real estate company. I was helping my mother-in-law purchase her dream home in Florida. Unfortunately, the agent we used ( Angie Moulton) was not in it for us. She was all for the seller, very pushy and quite frankly rude. I would never recommend her to anyone not even my enemy. She threatened that the seller was going to walk away from a deal if we didn't reply within hours of her correspondence. She will not respect your rights nor law and will not keep her promises, she lies to the clients and on top of that, she has made so many professional mistakes in our case. She wasn't able to answer any question unless she's on the conference call with her broker Kathy Damewood who is also a sellers agent. And Kathy Damewood is even worse, she was not even supposed to have any conversation with us as she represented seller. I will take this further to National Association of Realtors for violating code of ethics. I will also file a complaint with Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Please do your research prior to dealing with this real estate agency.
