Use any other realtor. My personal experience with Kelly Lovato was unpleasant. it is my opinion that Kelly Lovato will not represent you in anything remotely resembling a professional manner. if she was the last realtor on island, I would self-represent.

I was not the easiest client to work with. I had trouble qualifying for my loan. Yet Kelly stuck with me, got my offer accepted, made sure we didn't miss any deadlines, and was the hardest-working real estate professional I've ever worked with. Lots of communication: she completely kept me in the loop as to what was happening. I have bought and sold seven houses, and Kelly knows what she is doing and has an amazing work ethic. My highest recommendation.

She is truly a top notch real estate professional. She is such a pleasure to work with and she really cares about her clients. I can't thank her enough for her above and beyond service and professionalism.
