Kelly showed me the home we purchased before it even officially hit the market! She helped us craft an offer that was high-quality and hit all the right notes. She communicated our position with the sellers and smoothed over any wrinkles that came up during the offer/counter-offer process. At no point did she pressure us to do anything, in fact, she explicitly pointed out the (few, but valid) reasons we may not want to move forward, as there were some question marks over our chosen property's renovation history. We appreciated deeply that Kelly was emphatically willing to go against her own best interests (i.e. the commission she stood to gain from the sale) in order to help us thoroughly vet the purchase.

5 stars across the board. Kelly is a truly terrific agent and a truly terrific person. If you're reading this review wondering whether or not to work with Kelly, my advice is, do it! We did not regret it, and you will not either.

Kelly took the time to listen to our wants and needs when looking for amour new home. She went over our budget with us and was confident she would be able to find us something. Within a couple of weeks, she found a house that was coming in the market and set up and appointment for us to tour the day it was available. Within a couple of days she walked us through putting in an offer, which was accepted! There were a few hiccups at the property and Kelly helped us through that decision making process, set us up with a fantastic construction crew and we will be moving into our first home in 2 weeks. Unfortunately Kelly is one of the worst realtors I've ever worked with. She is constantly a negative person, she kept trying to sell us homes that were outside of our price range, she kept trying to pressure us to settle for what we didn't want. She oddly made up stories which made us feel uncomfortable. This person is a loose cannon is not enjoyable to work with.  Fortunately we were able to move on from her, found a better realtor and found the home that we wanted. Look elsewhere for a good realtor.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly regarding a real estate improvement project. She was very considerate and kind. When I need to list my home, I'll give Kelly a call.

Kelly also sent spam to my private cell #. This is not a way to win customers. If you are not a fan of all the unsolicited calls and recently spamming text messages, do not support businesses that use these annoying tactics to drive business.
