King Tree Services LLC is a family-owned and operated business established in Manassas. We started in 2010, specializing in the care and maintenance of trees & shrubs. Edgar worked for professional companies at Bartlett Tree Expert and other companies. Being an arborist requires technical and practical experience and physical skills. Edgar has always had a deep appreciation for the natural environment, plants, and animals. The green industry has always been our job in our country of origin. We do various tasks such as pruning, trimming, planting, and removing trees, stumps grinding, landscaping, gardening, and diagnosing diseases and pests of trees and shrubs. We have the skills and knowledge required to understand the biology and physiology of trees. Knowing how trees grow, how they respond to pruning cuts techniques and other forms of care, and how to identify common diseases and pests of trees of different species. The arborist workers who carry out the tasks also have the necessary training to be able to climb trees and use the appropriate safety equipment, such as hard hats, glass, pants, boots, pulleys, carabiners, ropes, spurs, chainsaws, and harnesses to climb and lower branches to the ground. We adhere to local and state rules and regulations of tree care, maintenance, and removal of trees, and this includes obtaining permits when is needed We work for a variety of clients, including commercial residential and homeowners.

I had been using another tree service over the past 10 years or so, and although they were always top-notch as far as their service, they were much more expensive - ridiculously so, I've since discovered. I won't name them because they are also very good at what they do. But I wouldn't recommend them unless price is of no importance to you.
Edgar gave me an incredibly fair price to take down two large Silver Maples (approx. 40' and 50' tall) and haul away all of the debris. They were careful to not disturb our yard (which just had new sod put down this past Spring), and carefully replaced everything that they needed to move. Due to certain logistics regarding where the trees had been located, I couldn't have the stumps ground. But Edgar was able to saw the stumps down practically to ground level.
I really can't say enough good things about Edgar and his crew or recommend them highly enough. They were on-time, considerate and thoughtful, attentive to detail, and highly efficient. I will be using King Tree Services from now on for all my future tree care.

He saved my tall pine, removed limbs that hung over the roof without damaging the tree or the roof, and cleaned up spectacularly. He was very nice and easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, and did a great job. I will use his services again and again. Recommend him 100%!

We hired Edger for stump grinding and his team did an amazing job. They were fast and completed the work on time. I wish I had found King Tree Services when I had my tree removed and they left the job incomplete which promoted me to hire Edger. Price was unbeatable and I was very happy with response I received from him. Could not have asked for a better customer services. I was also very impressed when I received an invoice later that evening from him. It was everything you would expect from a big landscaping company. Very professional. I will be using you guys again for future landscaping needs. Thank you!
