I can't seem to get into the original negative review that I posted for this company. However, I am seeking action against them for the slanderous lies. After my review they stated that I was never a patient-which I was. They stated that I came into the clinic with children who are wards of the state. I have no children that are wards of the state. They stated I was abusive to them. I have one grown son, who has never been to this facility. He will confirm that I am a loving mother and grandmother. I hope that someone can help me retrieve the old password I used so that I can respond to those lies. I intend to take action. The nurses at this facility work very hard to remove any negative reviews.

I first started going to this clinic for bioidentical hormone replacement several years ago after going to an expensive clinic in The Woodlands that charged $700 (I am sure it is more now) for the first visit. I have been impressed with the knowledge and kindness of both Robert Morgan and his son. They are very big on both personal attention and patient education. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was waiting for over two hours today , I asked the nurses what took so long , they said someone will be with you soon , another 39 minutes went by , not one checked on me . I've spent slot of money here on fillers and other services . I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service .
