I just recently switched to Dr. Knights office. I had a consultation with Dr. Ashley about a broken tooth. They were very friendly told me what I needed to have done and the cost. I went back later and had to have a root canal. I have to she is one of the best dentist I have been to. I am the type who would rather have a c-section then dental work. She gave me a couple options to help me with my anxiety, explained the procedure as she was doing it, kept checking to make sure I was ok. I would definitely recommend their office!!

Dr. Ashley and her hygienists are simply spectacular. From taking the time to provide expert care, to answering all of my questions, and using state-of-the-art equipment I've never seen in any other dental practice, I have been amazed. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and colleagues.

I scheduled a new patient appointment with Dr. Knight's office for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning - all of which are covered at 100% by my insurance, once a year. They took my insurance information over the phone when I made the appointment, but never told me that they were out of my insurance network. When I arrived for my appointment, they wanted payment upfront, prior to being seen. That is when they informed me that they were not in the network of my Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental insurance, and tried to charge me $150.00. I refused their services and left. The following day, I tried to make an appointment with a different dentist. The new dental office informed me that Knight's office had filed a claim for the exam and cleaning, which meant that I wasn't eligible for my covered cleaning until the following year.
I have reported it to Blue Cross Blue Shield and I am still waiting for it to be corrected. It was dishonest and very poor form not to tell me that they were out of network until I was at my appointment - and to then file a claim for an appointment that never happened.
