Lady Nails

I am very disappointed in this nail salon. The window says WALK IN's Welcome. I walked in at 6:15 for a pedicure and waited 45 minutes for the tech to then tell me we close at 7???? When I was in the shop for a whole 45 minutes before. She then told me to make an appointment????? But the window says WALK-IN' s welcome. When asked if possible to do my pedicure she says "No, I have a little one at home". GOOD businesses will serve you if you are there before closing time. It is now 7:15 and my daughter is still getting her nails done. WHILE I STILL SIT HERE WAITING!! SMH

I'll look for another that honors their OWN SIGNAGE!

this place is terrible!!! DO NOT COME HERE! The establishment is so dirty, the people are so so rude. The man that works there is so rough that my nails were sore for dayys after I went in, he burnt my moms finger and then argued and said he didn't, when she told him that he did he told her to never come back! He also will tell you that you are not allowed to use your phone while you are there. I honestly have no idea how they stay in business!

I received a full set acrylic nails and a pedicure. Both were amazing! I love that they do appointments. Very nice and clean salon.

Dirty.
Gross.
Last resort.
Open late.

Came here late on a Saturday afternoon as they were the only place still open. When we arrived there was no wait, and it was later on quite obvious why. Hubs and I stopped in for a pedicure, but there was only one woman working, so she had me wait (other shops would have put me in a seat and just had me soak).

When she turned on the foot bath for Dave's pedicure there was legit scum floating in the water from the dirty jets. It was so incredibly disgusting I honestly almost vomited. I did gag.
She did not change the water, but did scoop out some of the toe jam hair scum with her hand, so there was that at least.

Not. Coming. Back.

Went in to have nails balanced as usual. Phil is who I had an appointment with. I sat down in chair to begin . I started out asking how was his Holiday and he said it was good but he still worked. As he proceeded I made the comment it was hot and asked if I could turn small fan on. He replied No! If your hot leave! Step out I'm not doing your nails. I said all because I'm having a hot flash!! He said I don't care I'm not doing your nails never. If you pass out I have to call ambulance! I replied really sir..,, it's called menopause!! As I walked out he continued to rant and rave!! I said tell the truth you just don't want to do my nail. There was another patron there along with two small children. I'm assuming his wife is the owner which she sat there grinning as she continued to do the lady nails. Never once did she speak up. I don't know if he was having a mental meltdown or recovering from eating to much rice over the holiday but he could've been more professional than he displayed himself. Reluctantly I found a much cleaner nail shop very welcoming and professional. They also had more colors to choose from and the tech did a great job!! Lady Nails need to take classes in learning how to talk to patrons and be mindful of how to approach patrons when children are present. I've never been so embarrassed and disrespected at any nail shop in Columbus area. This shop is the worst!
