Law Firm of Joseph M Udall

Office staff is rude and incompetent. I had to do an online chat yesterday because no one answered the phone when I called. I provided all of the requested information and was told someone would contact me. Guess what? That's right. So, I try again this morning. Nobody answers. Again. I try the online chat. Again. They want all my information. Again. Then, less than 5 minutes after the chat they send me an email telling me they can't help me. They need to revise their internal ID10T form.

I had the chance to work with Mr. Udall when we had a challenging client of our own. I work in Senior Health Care and one of our clients wanted/needed to look into and face some serious legal decisions in regard to their future. Our client visited Mr. Udall years ago so we thought we would go back. Once we were in his office, he had the entire file out from 3 years ago and picked up right where he left off all that time ago and helped our mutual client out greatly. The best part, Mr. Udall was able to talk to this individual and guide and counsel him with such compassion. Of course his knowledge off issues regarding Living Wills is awesome, I was more impressed with the way he handled this very difficult conversation/meeting. I look forward to working with this office again.

We were really glad we went to Joseph Udall for our family trust/will needs. He made what I was afraid would be a complicated matter very simple and now we have peace of mind that everything is all taken care of. He arranged a Saturday appointment for our first visit and a late afternoon for our second signing appointment, which we appreciated due to work schedule. All done in two visits for a flat fee quoted ahead of time... no surprises! Very nice person, too. Would recommend him to everyone.

Joe Udall is a great legal mind and one any business owner should consult before making any important business decision.
