Mr. Kj Petsas is an amazing attorney, let me start off by acknowledging how invested this man is in his business. He makes sure to go through your case diligently and efficiently the first time. My husband had a criminal case where he could have faced jail time but thanks to Kj Petsas he got the case dismissed and the whole thing thrown out he received credit for time served and is no longer on probation! I highly recommend hiring Kj he will not let you down !

During a difficult family law matter, KJ listened closely to my case and showed both empathy and commitment to be a fierce advocate. I had worked with another attorney before and found KJ much more attentive, skillful, experienced, and articulate. KJ was easy to talk to; very insightful -- he's seen a lot as an attorney and his expertise was apparent and so helpful when going through such a stressful time. Unlike some attorneys who bill you for a 5 minute phone call or a quick email, KJ did not. His billing was reasonable. His staff was also friendly, professional, and responsive. Our initial meeting with Mr. Petsas was quite pleasant, as he is a personable fellow. We explained our unique, yet not overly complex estate planning needs and paid 50% of his requested fee on the spot. I thought it odd that he took few notes during our session, but assumed that someone of his self purported expertise either had a firm grip of our needs or would have further discussion with us to ensure his work is done accurately. I thought it surprising that a few days later his associate, whom I believe has no formal education or training in the field, delivered a "cookie cutter" document with no mention of our unique needs and numerous clerical errors. My wife and I proofed the document and responded with questions several times. We were then asked to pay the remaining balance ahead of receiving anything close to a final document. All the while, Mr. Petsas is nowhere to be found. Only after losing confidence in him and his staff and asking for a refund, did he reappear. He then proceeded to request information that I already provided in our initial meeting, and subsequently to his staff. The whole thing was a big waste of time and he has not responded to my request for a refund.
