For vaccines and general needs I recommend. They are the cheapest around for vaccines. This office is NOT for emergency's.

It's the worst place I've ever been to. it should be shut down it's so nasty and unclean the doctor is rude as can be i came in to get my dog checked for an exam and all I did was wait, after waiting for so long to be seen the doctor came in and didn't tell me one thing i had to ask the front desk shout out to tara shes amazing by the way and lauren they are both over worked and get treated like shit not to mention screaming at your staff in from of a whole lobby is disgusting. i felt so bad to the girls that have to put up with him. i was more ashamed of how he treats his staff then i was with the care yes its affordable but very nasty health code violations everywhere but also very downgrading. its so sad i wont be suprized if the get shut down. tara and lauren thankyou for trying to make my worst visit better and im sorry for watching that man embarrass and down grade and belittle yall girls you deserve better. not to mention i saw one of the staff that goes by lauren crying after he had screamed at her telling her to go ask someone else not to bother him and thats his job is to teach thos staff the right way not get made and scream . please someone look into this place!!!!! iv also reported it myself to the board !

The doctor here clearly loves our pets. He tolerates being scratched, bitten, hissed and barked at. and then he has to deal with our pets. But seriously, it is busy. Probably because you don't need to schedule an appt six weeks ahead of time, and he charges extremely reasonable rates.
I am very grateful for this place, the over-worked doctor and his over-worked staff.

Dr. Vijaya Kumar lakkur killed my dog . We took my 7 year old emotional support animal there. (My esa dog after my house burned down and I lost my four dogs). We thought she had a UTI. He administered shots and medication without doing any blood tests or X-rays. Which would have saved her life. As my bf was leaving a man was at the counter wanting money back for meds because his dog died a week after injections from this horrific vet. A week later my poor baby started hemorrhaging blood. Thank God I was off that day. I had to watch her go through shock I have congestive heart failure. I picked her up somehow and put her by the garage door. She threw up massive amounts of blood. I put her in my car and rushed her to the animal hospital. She died in my car. She was my everything. This man does not care about animals. Only money. He then lies when my bf went back. Stating my bf refused blood tests and X-ray. Lies!!!! He forged paperwork stating he told my bf she had pyometra and that he denied testing. My bf friend in Tampa works for a vet. Said it would be inhumane for him to let my baby go home with pyometra. The vet at animal hospital when he announced she was dead stated no meds or shots should be done without tests. This man is evil. Do not take your animals to him. I'm going to sue him

Run, awful vet!!!! They give bad test results so they can keep you coming back. After getting bad results I went to another vet who confirmed I was being scammed. I then took them back to 441 and they gave the same bad results. I would definitely NOT recommend this vet. They are a rip off.

RUN... Please DO NOT take your pet to this Clinic... They killed my healthy beautiful dog. The clinic is NASTY and run down with thick pet hair and dirt all over the floor, counters and furniture. The Vet kept prescribing meds for my dog which led to her passing. It was all about making money off of us. We asked to have an x-ray done and he wouldn't; he just kept prescribing more meds to keep taking money from us. My dog went from a very healthy Maltese to cremation in just 6 weeks.

I'm in the neighboring parking lot as I write this review. I called and was told this is a walk in clinic only. When I arrived approximately 1 hr from my house, there was NO parking in the 5 spots they have out front. I had to park in the lot of the for sale building. I go in, there was 10 people in the lobby no social distancing, a staff member had mask pulled down enough to see her lips move. The receptionist handed me a clip board with a paper already filled out & scribbled over. She told me "we reuse paper if the client is a no show." There was no room to fill out the paper. I told her my name won't fit, she responded, make it fit. I was in there for 5 mins, Dogs barking crazily scarring my rabbit to death, Yes that really can happen. So I left. This is a very busy and unprofessional place.
*Finally received a call to come in for appointment, an hr and 20 mins after checking in. I will not be using or recommend this place.

Horrible place and horrible doctor. It's low cost for a reason! The staff gives you completely wrong information on the phone and tells a different story upon arrival. I drove 45 minutes from Clermont to this place. Was told it will be a 15 minute wait. Upon arrival it was 90 minutes. After being called in, was told by the Doctor that he doesn't do that here!!! Seriously??? Was charged $45 and had to waste my day and go somewhere else. Totally unprofessional and inexperienced staff including the front office and Doctor. What a waste of time. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Staff is nice and does well once they get to you, but I've never been in a vets office that's so dirty. Like poop sprayed on the walls, dirt caked in the floor and wall crevices, hair everywhere, smells like straight piss and is like 90*F inside. Took them half an hour to get to me, even after I'd gone back from the waiting room. Then another 20 minutes to check out/get the meds. Ended up being $110 for them to tell me my cat had an eye infection (which I already knew) and got the meds for it.
