Dr. Earnest is great! Can't say enough about her. Super nice and friendly. I highly recommend her if you are coming here. The assistant she has is a little pushy though. I can't remember if I had the same one this time as last time but both times I came in I was annoyed/felt like she was over stepping. I just didn't get a good/comfortable feeling with the assistant. I wish she wasn't even in the room.
One thing I will say though is that if you are self pay it's kind of expensive because even for a quick recheck they charge you $125. My initial visits was about the same (I can't remember if it was $150 or $125). I was really shocked that it was that much. I thought it would either be no charge or like $65 or something. Not just as high as my initial appointment. I don't feel like I got anything from my recheck. They came in for a few mins to tell me everything looks good, keep doing what I'm doing and that was $125 lol. I would say if you are self pay and feel like you CAN skip your recheck to do so. It's not worth what they charge if your issue is being resolved. Since it's the same price as a regular visit might as well only go back if you have issues again. The billing department of this clinic is the worst I've ever encountered. After never receiving a statement for almost four years I was turned over to a collection agency without a emailing me or calling me first. I will never step foot in that office again. All they care about is how much they can bill you. They don't even deserve the 1star rating I gave them. Very poor customer service.

First, Dr. Farid Dharamsi is a thief. He injects as much fillers as possible to get money from you and did not care that he damaged your skin by putting a lot of pressure on the fillers after injected. I had to go to another dermatogolist to dissolve it. Second, his office manager, Daren, is the rudest. then follow whole staff is very rude and careless just like the owner or doctor. All they care is the money. Never go to this place unless you want to throw your money away.

Totally UNPROFESSIONALPoor customer service. I made an appointment, gave insurance information then received a call back saying our insurance was not valid. They informed us that they were canceling our appointment before even trying to figure out the issue.
Our insurance is VALID, we used it twice this week and never had problems in the past. The young lady was not even willing to do additional research to figure out the error. Just....."Sorry, we'll have to cancel your appointment." Wow! I'll just take my dermatology needs, insurance and money elsewhere!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I am so sorry to hear you felt your interaction with the office was poor. We have a team of insurance verification specialists who check benefits and eligability prior to your appointment to insure your insurance is active and we are in network so you are not suppressed with a large bill later. As I'm sure you can understand, we are the mercy of your insurances electronic verification process. We would never cancel any appointment without offering an alternative and giving the patient the option to choose. For instance, if your insurance was inactive you would be given the option to be self pay. I was not able to to locate you in our system so please reach out to me directly at 214-618-1778 so I can pull the recorded call and investigate this further

Pros: saw my child immediately in an emergency. Knowledgeable doctor.

Had an appointment during the week day for 10:30 and was not seen until 11:15. The front office receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Thankfully, the PA was empathetic to the situation. I just can't get over the woman at the front desk and her poor customer service. Extremely disappointed because I enjoyed my last few visits.

The doctors and medical staff are fine... I presented a new insurance to them because it was cheaper co pays. Following appointment was a disaster of miscommunication and talking in circles. I ended up paying as if I had no insurance. Terrible communication from the front staff. After the blowup, no apology for mixup, hope things work out w insurance.... it was a sarcastic have a nice day. These people don't care

We hate to hear you feel you had a bad experience at our office today. Unfortunately, when you have two insurances, like you have, it is the patients' responsibility to elect the coordination of benefits. No office can do this for you as these are plans you selected and we are not on the policy. It seems we did everything in our power to work the patient in last minute and the provider did provide quality care. We respect all patients and ask you do the same with our staff, who are doing their best to assist you. Making the from desk girl cry because of an issue beyond our control is not respectful nor necessary. I am glad you and your family were able to be taken care of and would be more than happy to discuss this with you further in a private setting. Please feel free to contact me at 214-618-1778.

I found their business office policies to be one sided in favor of the business and not the patient. I'll never step through theses doors again. Just because the owner crafts flowery language doesn't mean their operation treats people like family.

No issue with the care but the business office is seriously lacking. We've made several appointments for procedures and every time they call the day before after 5:30 to let us know our family DR. has not sent the referral/authorization for the insurance.
I saw with my own eyes the referral sent....TWICE....but Legacy claims they didn't get it. We've had to cancel 2 appointments now.
Won't be back. Have asked for a referral to a dermatologist that our primary consistently refers to so we can actually get the procedures done.
Waste of time.
One other thing, it's impossible to get ahold of anyone here. Most of the time you have to leave a VM and someone might call back the next day.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
