I was referred to Leominster Dermatology by my PCP. My early morning appointment was scheduled at their Gardner office because I live in Keene NH. I called their patient services number 2 weeks in advance to provide my insurance information and to confirm my appointment. The office confirmed my appointment and provided me with the Gardner office address and suite number. I arrived 15 minutes early to find the office closed. When the office was still closed at my appointment time, I called the patient services number and was told my appointment was at the Leominster office. I will not be rescheduling with them.

One of the few choices around. I went and saw one PA for a full skin check-up. They didn't even look. I tried another PA that was better, but they've left. Third time got something biopsied, but it's still there. I'm not going to be there money pit. Looking for a place better and more professional!
Billing System is a rip-off. I saw them twice and I've gotten 5 separate bills over the last 6 months. 3 from Leominster Dermatology and 2 from DermDX. A few bills having different account numbers on them, yet same billing code. Definitely billing twice for same line items. BEWARE!!! Seems like they're trying to rip me and my insurance provider off!!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kelly C.Leominster, MA01Feb 14, 2020
Worked here briefly, the place was an absolute nightmare. Their patient care is deplorable. The owners are horrible and how they treat their employees. Medical staff Employees are not allowed to sit at all during the day . You get yelled at for having to go to the bathroom. If you're sick you're still forced to come in . You're treated horribly by the owners . One owner will scream "move you're in my way ".

I agree with "Billy S." Below. The people their are polite and seemingly professional while having a skin check up. I even had a biopsy like the man (Billy S.) below. Same issue with their billing system. I got billed twice for the same skin biopsy. The first bill was from DermX and the other bill was from Leominster Dermatology. The one from DermX is the one in which my insurance covered. However, the insurance didn't cover the bill from Leominster Dermatology in which I had to pay a whopping 588 dollars! This is VERY disappointing. It seems they are trying to rip you off for the healthcare you receive. Please proceed with caution if you think of using them for your skin health needs.

I go here and the doctors are good but you can almost NEVER get through to the front desk when you call them. The line is either busy or they are on a 2 hour lunch. I find this very inconvenient. The one star is for the patient service from the front desk. I try calling everyday a few days in a row and only 10% of the time I get through to the front desk. I'm sure they lose a lot of patients because of this.
