      Kelly is best best professional nail technician. She always brings up incredible design and awesome service. She has a lot of design equipments.
      Nail salon has best dip manicure service with varied of colors.

      I got Dip Manicure + Gel color on top + 10 fingers design by Kelly.

      Worst nail salon in ashburn/ brambleton.
      I got acrylic nail extensions. At levo- JENNY- nail artist who was super rude, was assigned to me. She managed to get blood in 3 fingers and hurt me in 3 fingers on left hand and one finger on right side. It has been 5 days but it still hurts. Worst place to get nails done. When I complained,the manager was also rude and told me " I also get hurt many times." It still hurts on all fingers after 4 days.
      HORRIBLE SERVICE! BEWARE!

      I'm going to preface this by saying, I'm a timid customer and I struggle to complain when something is done incorrectly. I usually have the attitude of just taking whatever they give me and not throwing a fit. But this experience was not a good one for me, and I don't recommend this salon to customers like me. I went in at 9:30 and I had to leave by 12:30 for work and I assumed I was going to have plenty of time. I showed the lady what I wanted and asked for red nails instead of the white nails. The few times I stood up for myself while she was working on my nails she debated with me and then acted huffy about me asking it to be done a certain way. After a couple times asking it to be done a different way, I gave up and just let her do her thing. As she's working she cuts me 10 times and I'm just taking it cause I don't want to be rude. Three hours goes by and the whole time I'm just hoping that they will end up looking better...but they don't. By the time she's finished I'm running out the door because I didn't anticipate the appointment being three hours long. I was the first customer in and 7 people finished before I did. I hated the nails but I was too scared to complain and even if I had the guts to complain, I didn't have the time. I had asked for coffin dip nails with a design. I was given almond nails and because it was taking so long I told her to not worry about the design. There was bumps all throughout the nails and many were crooked and I had to pay $60 for it cause I didn't have time to be like "I'm sorry but this isn't what I asked for and I don't want to pay that much for a job like this". The day went on and I tried to just be ok with it, but I was humiliated that my nails were looking like this. I went back the next day to talk to manager to see what options we had because of my whole experience. As a manager myself I know I potentially waited too long, but during and after the appointment I couldn't get myself to say anything. The manager just said I should have said something during the appointment and asked for someone else. She said she can't do anything now cause it would hurt the stylist's feelings. She offered to do them another time for free, but I had to get new nails that day because I have ocd and they were driving me up the wall. I also told her politely that while i appreciated the offer I didn't want to come back to this salon. Despite the poorly done nails, the ladies working were all really polite. I understand that I waited too long and so this situation is partially on me, however I just don't recommend this salon if you struggle to speak up for yourself.

      At one point I loved going to Levo and loved the usual nail tech I saw (I still do) the past two times I've made an appointment with her she was double booked and I had another nail tech instead. Both times I was cut, broke both nails, the nail tech took my dip off with a fake nail while I repeatedly asked her to stop. Eventually I just got up and left after my nails were broken and bleeding. I'm really sad to say I won't come back here again.

      I always love coming here to get my nails done, I get acrylics plus a gel polish and I also like to splurge on the pedicure spas. The ladies are always very nice and accommodating in trying to get you in. If they don't have an opening, they will get you an appointment slot with confirmation texts which is nice and helpful. I've seen Anna and Jenny a number of times. Anna also does a great ombré nail!

      I like my nails for the most part but the shape isn't quite what i asked for and she cut them the right length but then filed them down so small i didn't like it. She was rushing and was talking to her coworkers the entire time. I do think I got overcharged for the size and shape and the color. At most salons my pretty basic nails would be $50-$60 and they charged me $73... They tried to charge me $83 with using a card so I used cash instead. Pictures attached..

      i got these done 2 days ago and they look like i've had them for almost a week..

      What an awful experience. I wish I had read the reviews before going. The pedicure was awful, the nail tech was digging into my cuticles like she was mad at someone and actually nicked me several times. After speaking to her about it, she blames me... Your cuticles are so deep. I paid for an Organic Spa Pedicure and she threw and rushed through all the extra stuff like she was annoyed. Hours later my toes are still throbbing from the technicians poor treatment of my cuticles.

      Do not go to this place. Read the reviews. Those that have good experiences must have a special tech that they love, I wouldn't go back.

      This was a terrible experience. The pedicure from the filing to the massage was actually painful. The facility itself is dirty and messy. Location is convenient but I've been twice under new owner and terrible both times.

      $18+ tip for a terrible manicure. My fingers actually hurt today. I don't get color because I'm a pastry chef, so she was annoyed. Too bad because the location is soooo convenient. But this is the third trip, and third bad experience.

      Very disorganized. Small and cramped. I made an appointment for a manicure in advance, I arrived on time and was told to wait 25 minutes. The receptionist kept asking me and mistaking that I was there for a pedicure, even though I told her I wanted a manicure 3 times!! Then she took me to the back to have a seat for a pedicure, I was in disbelief and just left - not a good sign if they cant get the appointments on schedule and then mistake the type of service. Also, the colors were outdated and dried out. There were no towels to dry hands and only thin tissue-like paper towels. Disappointing.
