It's true when they say everything happens for a reason. I hope my story can inspire anyone who is caught in a legal mess to know that there is help out there. I am forever greatful to LibertyBell Law Group for helping me. Last year I was involved in a hit and run accident. I was driving on the freeway when a suspicious car full of passengers were swerving in and out of lanes and braking in front of cars. It occurred to me that these people were up to no good when they cut me off and braked very aggressively in front of me for no reason. I managed to pass them up the first time, but the second time I wasn't so lucky. I rear ended them pretty badly.

We proceeded to exit off the freeway to exchange information. The passengers of the other car came out holding their necks and claiming to be badly injured. I was so scared of what was going to happen next. It was me against 4 irate people. Someone passing by had called the police while we were exchanging information. When they heard the sirens of the ambulance they panicked and got into their car and took off!! I stayed behind and waited for the police and medics to show up. When the officers came, I explained how the accident occurred and how they took off before we can fully exchange information. The officers advised me to wait around for 15-20 minutes for them to return. If they did not come back they advised me to leave. So I did just that. After waiting around for some time, I felt it was safe to leave.

The very next morning the Sherriffs showed up at my door for questioning. These jerks called the police and claimed that I hit and run, when in fact I was the Victim. They had managed to drive off with my license plate information and filed a police report saying they were badly injured and that "I" left the scene. Not only was I a victim of a fraudulent accident, I was also being accused of a felony hit and run. I could not end up in jail for a felony hit and run and I was not going to let these guys get away with this. I decided to hire Gina Tennen and her team. I am so glad I did! Gina fought the hit and run accusations and got the DA's office to not file any charges against me. Their Civil Department fought the insurance claim and I was found not at fault for the accident. My insurance company paid for my repairs and considered it a no-fault accident. As for the other drivers, I am working with the insurance company against them for insurance fraud. Talk about the tables turning. I truly mean it when I say everything happens for a reason. Thank you Gina and the team for giving me my sanity back and clearing my name of this mess. I am truly appreciative of everything!

Do yourselves a favor, look in google about legit reviews about this firm. Believe the 1star. They will not work on your case, they will just collect your money. Happens everytime. Please do your research..or end up regretting this whole process just like us. It's a trap.

I was referred to Gina Tennen by the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. I called for my free 30 minute consultation with the attorney, but I was transferred to someone on her staff who asked me a few questions and told me they would call me back. No one ever called back. I think it's because they saw I was an informed consumer who wanted to properly comparison shop for attorneys. In any event, it does not bode well for a prospective client. If an attorney's office will not honor their most basic commitments (such as their agreement with a bar association attorney referral service), how can you trust them with your case?

I am so blessed to have worked with Dave M. in 2019. He was very generous with his time and listened to the full story and immediately proposed a reply to a letter that I received from a lawyer. Within weeks, the other party's lawyer excused himself from matter and asked us to resolved the issues directly. The office worked within our budgets and it was the best money spent to have a trusted and professional legal team on your side. Had a very bad experience with this firm. My original attorney was good, Andrew, but all of the processes and management of information was poor and alarming. Multiple administrative errors were made on my case. Shortly after, Andrew left the firm unexpectedly and my case was pushed to another attorney that was extremely slow and overworked. Things only became worse from here including forgotten court dates, etc. Had to seek new counsel and upon doing so I was pushed by their collections team to pay 175.00 for mediocre services probably not rendered. My advice is to find a more professional firm. They are not the same as they were when I originally hired them.
