Calling them results in it being forwarded to someone who is in the same building as them, but is not them. I've tried sending emails, using the contact form on their website, reaching on on their Facebook page chat, and calling the second number on their website, but none of them resulted in any response. When I finally started getting trickles of information through the person who the phone reaches (who is very nice and seems to be provided with little more information than is on the website), I was told someone would be contacting me, but I've haven't heard a thing for three weeks now. I've pretty much given up, and wanted to leave this review so others wouldn't waste as much time as I have.
A final issue: Their website has either out-of-date or misleading information about financing. They apparently had a deal with a third party insurance billing company to significantly reduce the price, but when contacting them, that deal has long since expired. The price mentioned to me over the phone is also higher than the price on the website.
