Lifetime Smiles

I liked the work the dentist performed. I've had a lot of work done and he's near the top in terms of quality. Would be a 5 star except their policy for charging you $75 if you have an emergency crop up and have to cancel an appointment.

It might be a common practice for all I know, but I think it's an unwise business practice. I work in an industry that charges steep labor hour rates, but I wouldn't risk losing a customer that I know has a history of paying in full on time and has thousands of dollars worth of additional work for me to do, just to nickel and dime them on an appt cancellation. I sincerely doubt the $75 slap on the hand for the customer is recouping the chair time they'd of had, and it doesn't keep people from cancelling anyway.

There's more refrigeration work than there is people to do it; doesn't mean I take it upon myself to rake people over the coals. I still want to build a good rapport with my customer, not to treat them like a pay pig.

I'm pleased to be a patient of Lifetime Smiles. After being a long-term patient of Dr. Barry Ross, I was hesitant after his retirement when the practice transitioned to a new doctor. I left the practice and went to my husband's dentist. BIG mistake. I quickly returned to Dr. Sunny Pahojua and the team at Lifetime Smiles. They truly value you as a patient, customer and person while providing gentle care.

You are made as comfortable as possible when receiving competent, compassionate and thorough care. Everyone at Lifetime Smiles seems to genuinely enjoy their job. Plus, they take time to get to know each patient. I'm a diabetic and have heart issues - these additional factors are always incorporated into my care. I never question recommendations or worry about up-selling to boost revenue.

It's refreshing to feel valued as a customer and patient. Dr. Sunny and his staff give you 100% of their attention and make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They listen to your dental concerns and answer questions clearly and in detail.

Without hesitation, I recommend Lifetime Smiles as a leading example of world-class dentistry. The office is welcoming, staff friendly and services affordable. If you've avoided dentists or dental work during your lifetime, this is the place for you. I promise...you be all smiles!

So glad to have went with my instincts to come to Lifetime Smiles and Dr. Sunny. When I'm here, the whole office makes me feel comfortable and makes sure I understand what is going on my the health of my teeth and mouth. The world needs more people like everyone at Lifetime Smiles. Dr. Sunny Pahouja is a master of his craft. The hygienists are so cool and funny. Great conversationalists. The administrative assistants are very accommodating. I love my dentist office. You will too.

This is a great dentistry. The receptionist, the dental assistants, the office manager, and the Doctor himself; are all outstanding in their customer service and knowledge of dentistry. I have been there multiple times over the past couple years and I am very happy with my results. I am sometimes apprehensive when it comes to going to the dentist but everyone there is so polite, friendly, and professional; which makes it that much easier going. I would recommend this office for adults and children. There are also movies playing when you get your teeth worked on which allows you to focus on something other then getting your teeth worked on. I really enjoy that because it makes the time go faster and allows me to enjoy myself a little more. If you are looking for a new dentist to go to, this is the place!
