This is the third year I have used this company and they are excellent. Sean was my technician and did a wonderful job. The carpets always look wonderful and this year I had a sofa cleaned and it looks great.

Everything advertised was exactly what I got. Immediate response and willingness to work within my schedule. Sean let me know he was on the way and was extremely friendly. He got right to work, answered my questions and explained to me what was happening in the process. I had a few tough spots that he helped me understand how to deal with going forward. I'm a sales trainer in another industry, so I notice things like how the customer is treated, how questions are answered and how additional opportunities for service are shared. He got them all right!! There was a little misunderstanding in exactly how much space I was asking to have cleaned, so Sean made an adjustment in the price for me to better match the work he actually did. It was a happy ending. I found this company by asking my neighbor who they've used. I would absolutely refer them to anyone who asks.

Do not use these people to clean your grout because they will chip your tile! Not only did they chip the tile in several places, but the guy didn't tell me he did this. When I called the office to complain, the lady refused at first to let me speak to one of the owners (saying she is in charge.) Then she said she will have an owner call me back, but nobody ever called back!! Obviously they do not take responsibility for their work on the level of the guy who cleans or the management level of the owner(s). The guy who came out did, however, do a nice job cleaning the carpets. Just do not ever let him clean the grout which he went out of his way to say he can do on tile floors.

I was impressed with Like New Carpet Care. Their communication was fast and the scheduling process was easy. They showed up early and were done promptly. Best of all, I was impressed with the results and felt it was worth the price. Kris was friendly and knowledgeable. Will happily use again!

Our carpet looked like new after it was cleaned by Like New Carpet Care! The customer service was outstanding and they even called me the next day to make sure that I was totally satisfied with their work.
