I love love love this place!

I initially went in just to learn more about what I should be doing for my skin at my age with some thoughts of fillers. Julia didn't pressure me at all and we simply had a consultation the first time. My next visit I got half a syringe of filler in my top lip and she kept it so natural looking which is what I wanted! I ended up wanting more of course so I went back about a month later to use the rest and I love how it looks! Julia is super professional and understanding of the clients needs. I fully trust her which I think is super important if someone's going to be changing your face lol.

I also get hydrafacials from Crystal here and she is great! I've loved the way my skin looks and feels afterwards and she does a great job.

Highly recommend this place - I'm addicted and can't wait to go back for Botox

Paid for a package of IPLs and didn't get to use even one before LPA went out of business. No warning and no refund. The aggressive promotion of multiple treatment packages just months before the owner decided to close the business is highly suspect and pretty despicable. Like others, I tried to contact the owner but she has not responded to calls or LinkedIn messages.

I have been coming here for years, first for laser hair removal and now for Botox. Today I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and was told the new person doing injections would be here shortly. After 35 minutes of waiting, I was told he isn't here and was not answered his phone.
I don't understand why the office couldn't call me earlier to say he wasn't here.

Paid for 3 sessions and went to my scheduled appointment to find nothing and that they were closed. Even if going out of business common courtesy would've been to give the appointments a heads up or something especially when they are prepaid.

I have come here for laser hair removal a few years ago and loved it. I came back for laser tattoo removal and all was going well until I received a text saying that the business closed on 10/31 and that all appointments where cancelled. I purchased a package for 3 sessions and only received one treatment. I have been calling the numbers listed and have not received a response on getting a refund for the two other sessions. Does anyone have any information or a working number to call them at? I have tried emailing them and even stopped by open hours but the lights are off. I am very disappointed that they haven't followed up further.

Paid for tattoo removal session packages and have tried calling multiple times to schedule an apt and realized they are out of business. I would like to get a refund. But since I paid them in cash at my last appointment I am not sure what I am supposed to do.

Precise and to the point where you never have to worry. Great physical outcomes every time.

This place is awesome for laser hair removal. They have excellent lasers that target the removal of your hair. I have been coming here for years. On my last visit, I saw that they have updated their laser equipment. I have to say the new lasers are truly amazing. They blow cool air while your hair is being lasered and I can see that they are more precise in targeting your hair. Crystal did my last laser treatment. She is especially talented and really knows her trade. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was the most terrible experience, I ever had, I scheduled for for laser Tattoo removal, I don't even know where I have to start.
1. The staff was RUDE, extremely rude
2. No results at all I went for 3 sessions, well 2 because they took 1 away because I was late, no complain about because it was the policy
3. The last session the cold machine was "broken" and the lady (I don't really know if she was qualified) don't even offer numb cream she said it is $25 per one drop (my tattoo is a finger tattoo so really small ) so the last session was extremely painful.
She gave a pack of ice and I kept it because it was a pack of ice, 4 days later I received a message ask me if I can return the pack of ice "seriously " in a middle of a pandemic? They said it was reusable. That was the last thing I call and I tried to talk with the manager and apparently she or he is in vacation since April because I'm still waiting for the call.
I filed multiple complaints and a lot of government institutions and also better business, because this is definitely not right, reusable stuff in skin procedures is just terrible not even the fact we are in the middle of a pandemic. So pls keep yourself away from this awful business

Absolute cutest spa with the friendliest most welcoming staff. I went for a hair removal procedure and couldn't have been happier with the results! I will venture into additional services that they offer soon! The welcoming conversation, casual relaxing vibe was just what you need for any spa appointment.
