ZERO STARS!! Hiring Lesley Remy is the worst decision I've made in 43 years. First thing he said to me was ignore the Yelp reviews, that's the 2nd worst decision I've made in my life!

All the pictures on Yelp seem fake, he has one small white stretch SUV left and working from his trailer home. He said he's the only one that drives his car and he lost his office in massapequa.

I asked to make sure he picks us up at 3:30, he said no problem. He was there 45 minutes late!! Then the first thing he asked for was his money after being very late. Then he was mad about him being late that he was nasty and screaming to my face.

I asked for a limo for 11 people, he said no problem. It turned out that his stretch SUV could only fit about 8/9 people, so I had people sitting on the floor!

Very irresponsible. I said there should be no alcohol in the car because there are kids he said no problem, but he still had bottles of vodka In the car. Then he got very nasty with the kids! He said it's his car so he gets to say when to get off the car. We couldn't even play music in the car!

He was demanding money for the full roundtrip when he didn't come back to pick us up, just left us hanging. He couldn't even give me a receipt.

Please don't do what I did. I wanted to save a few extra bucks that's why I hired him. Read the reviews, these are real. He's not the one to trust on your special occasion! He's not even a nice man.

I used this company once and will not be using them again. I sent my daughter back to school with this service, the driver requested an extra 60.00 upon arrival stating that she didn't tip him. When I called for an explanation I was told that gratuity and tolls were not included in the original price. My opinion to this company is... You should give a quote that includes the gratuity and tolls so this doesn't become an issue.. With the price you did charge, I most certainly thought it included both...

I will never use this cab service again. The driver was late and was annoyed that I called to follow up for an ETA. He was rude during the cab ride and seemed annoyed when I told him the address of our destination because, evidently, he was expecting directions immediately. When we got to my destination and paid the fee plus 25% gratuity, he got out of his car and started screaming that each of the passengers slammed his doors causing them to stick. He was confrontational and frightening. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

So I scheduled a taxi to come pick me up 3 hours in advance for 3:30 a.m. to catch a red eye out of Newark. When their driver didn't come at 3:30, I called them, and after a few attempts to find out what was going on they told me that their driver had fallen asleep and couldn't come get me. I called them back to try and work out something else since I really needed a taxi. Their response was "Yeah I can't help you tonight. Quit calling me." and then hung up.

If I could give negative stars for this company, I would. Leslie the driver/business owner was the rudest person on earth and extremely unprofessional. He was acting as if I was a burden for giving him business but in reality without customers he would have no business at all. He actually used the word "ambush" when he was referring to the jobs I was giving him. How is it an ambush if I am hiring you for a service? Ever heard of Customer Service??? NOT AT THIS COMPANY!! I will NEVER EVER use this company again and certainly suggest that no one else does either.

I made a reservation for him to pick me up from JFK on JB flight 802. We discussed all the details the night before. He gave me a very good rate to lure me in. When the time arrived for pick up he did not show and did not call. I called him and left a VM and he didn't even have the courtesy to return my call. He just ignored it. Evidently he got another passenger with a higher fare so he just abandoned me without a second thought. This man is a disgrace. I was left hanging without a ride with my wife in the cold weather.
He will claim that this review is from a competitor to cover himself. That is not true. I was a legit customer in need of a ride and he is just unethical and lacks a conscience.
Please do not put your trust in the hands of this irresponsible man who will not think twice about screwing you the same way he did to me. Heed my words !!
