Very clean salon is the number one thing I look at sanitation is so important!!
Prices were fair no sneaky up charges.

I currently have a sprained ankle and I'm rockin the boot and I needed a pedicure and Nail tech was so respective to being gentle,she did everything to ensure
I was comfortable.
My 13 year old niece wanted acrylic nails and they made sure to ask permission and when he was finished he asked if they looked good and what I wanted,not what a 13 year old girl is secretly asking for

My nail tech absolutely killed it and to add on she was sooo sweet I think her name was Q!

I LOVE, Love Nails. All of the technicians are wonderful and do an excellent job! I've been coming here for 5 years and have never been disappointed. They take care of you and make sure you feel relaxed. I recommend to everyone I meet asking for a nail salon. MY FAVORITE!!

This is the worst excuse for a nail shop. Maybe Houston nail shops have just set the bar but this shop needs to take some notes. HORRIBLE.

First of all, what is SNS and why is that ALL you can do? I walked in asking for a refill and they tried to push SNS on me. No. All I wanted was a refill with acrylic powder. Something any BASIC shop should know how to do. Not this place.

Next I got my pedicure. I assume they have no pedicure menu of services because I was not offered one. And I assume they don't serve wine or any other refreshments because nobody offered them to me. Again...I am clearly a long way from Houston. So I got the most basic pedicure of my life while the rude employees talked about their drunken night out and how they couldn't wait to be off work. Have some decorum.

Then, I got shuffled between not 1 or 2 but 3 different people because nobody can do anything but SNS and shellac and all I wanted was a refill as stated before and a million times before I got what I want. Horrible customer service and clearly a lack of common sense.

If you expect more than basic don't come here. Because basic is all they do. Next time I will just get my nails done in Houston before I come visit my family. Because if this place has a perfect rating then I'm scared to see what's not considered perfect.

I got my nails done on Sunday and I made an appointment, when I got there I still had to wait at least an hour. Then I got my nails done with a design. The lady that did my nails was very nice and tried to make the design as close to the picture as she could however. It looked nothing like what I asked for. Then at the end she said she couldn't do it and left it like it was. I feel like once I showed the picture if she knew she could not do the design she should have told me that. But I ended up paying $85 for something I wasn't happy with. Three days later one of the nails broke which was fine. But then the next day the other nails started popping off like there was not enough glue on them. I called the salon and told them about the problem and the lady who answered who I believe is the owner told me I was a liar and that they could put more nails on for me but I would have pay 50% to 75% of the cost. At that point I told her I would not pay that since it was not my fault. She also blamed the nails popping off since I was the last customer of the day and my nails are small. This was my first time going to this nail salon and I went there because of the good reviews, but I will not be returning. It's over priced and bad quality.

It was just "OK" , though it took forever to get out and get serviced. Honestly think that some of the technician should work on their customer service skills.

I am gonna do my nails at this Salon forever.

This is my go to nail salon. I've been coming for about 4
Months and usually see Sean. It's very clean, they are super friendly, and they do a great job. Try the SNS with Sean, much better than gel/shellac and acrylic nails!

I love love this place!! The staff is so much fun! They do great work! I found my new nail place!
