I will 100% be returning to Lucky in the future. Chris was thorough, timely, and very friendly. He asked for photos of the door knobs in advance so that the new ones (and dead bolts) would match. And they did! Chris also advised about a vintage fixture that I was dying to keep in use. Overall, the service was wonderful. I won't go anywhere else.

Bought a new front door and needed a new lockset installed. Lucky Lock and Key got right back to me with a very competitive quote and showed up on time as promised. A seamless hand-off as the door installer had literally just finished the install.

Lisa was great to work with on schedule and Chris was diligent in his work, and cleaned up after he was done, leaving area very clean. It's not every day that you install a lockset. Glad to know there are companies like Lucky Lock and Key that do professional, timely work and are respectful of your house.

Highly recommend. Showed up promptly at requested time. Quick diagnosis of the issue and refused to charge me for taking a rusted out lock off my storm door which took some effort. Will be using them again for sure.

Chris from Lucky Lock came out and rekeyed several locks of ours. Each lock was meant to be keyed to keys which were color-coded. Chris got everything right on the first try. He came on time and was a pleasure to work with. Their rates are comparable to other locksmiths in the area, so no complaints there either.

I manage a rental house for a friend and we needed to change the lock to get the rental turned over and he was able to come out on Saturday. Our appointment was at 1. I got there 12:55 or right around and he was already there! No joke, looked at the clock when he left and it was only 1:03!!! Probably the quickest service ever. Got the dead bolt and doorknob lock rekeyed and he provided two new keys.

Found myself locked out of my house after work one day and Lucky Lock came to the rescue. Not only did they show up in less than 15 minutes but the service was quick and easy.
