Inconsistent. Used to be more reliable. Luis used to work with his crew. Then, he only sent the crew. Could be just one or two.
He has, now, left me hanging. Not answering calls or texts.

The estimate went well, BUT after that, all the consequent communications were terrible! I asked Luis to send a quote after the in-person estimate, but he didn't respond until I followed up multiple times in a few days. Finally, he sent me a rough quote with typos. I had to confirm with him the details back and forth. I ended up working with him for my yard cleaning and maintenance just because I really want to support a family-owned business, as they stated on Yelp. After waiting for a couple of days, He proposed a time to clean up my yard at 9 AM the following Sunday.

Time on Sunday morning, I waited about 2 hours. NO one showed up. I texted him and called to check. He said the crew should show up, and he would check with them and get back to me. However, I didn't get any updates afterward. Then I texted him to provide a backup plan in the noon. It's been two days, no response, no updates so far.

Communication is the key as a business owner. Obviously, their communication standard is always behind and delayed. If they're not interested in my project, they should not commit to the project appointment. I doubt they don't know what good customer service is.

This is totally a frustrating and disappointing experience since I thought a family-owned business could be more reliable, but Luis Landscaping is untrustworthy. I would NOT recommend this business for your project, and please look elsewhere. Don't waste your time with them.

Their crew removed/unrooted bamboo trees, which had overgrown in my backyard. It was very tough and they got the work done well in less than two days. Friendly and responsive!

I used them for quite some time twice a month but moved to once per month after nearly 6 months because there was no grass to cut. They did not show twice after that when scheduled and then the day they were supposed to come they said they would need to charge more since they were coming only once per month. I felt the lack of communication and timing of this was unprofessional. I ended up buying a mower and weed whacker for $350 and have been doing it myself every 4-6 weeks and saving so much money.

Luis helped us with cleaning up a difficult back yard slope. Despite the fact that the work was more involved than initially anticipated, he and his team worked hard and still got it done. Will certainly connect with them again for our next yard maintenance needs.

Luis and his crew showed up and did a fantastic job. I had a lot of weeds, leaves, branches and a lawn that needed to be mowed. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I would recommend their business to anyone needing a one time yard clean up or monthly service.
