Let me start off by saying I have been to many places over the years to get my nails done and have never been impressed until I came here.

Staff:
Where can I start, the people who work here treat you like family no matter if your a new customer or an old one. You will always be greeted with a friendly smile and polite staff. They are very welcoming and very patient especially if you are indecisive on what you want. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to take care of me. The staff are very gentle and caring when handling your nails.

Services:
They offer a wide variety of services and extras. I really like that about this place. I can either come in and get the same old same old or I can get something I've never gotten before.

Selections:
They have the biggest selection of polishes I have ever seen and their always adding new ones it's awesome. They have a beautiful selection of acrylics as well which is really nice. My favorite by far and my usual go to is their gel polish, every time I go in they have always added to the collection and it's amazing.

Prices:
They have the best prices out of every place I've ever been and you definitely get what you pay for. You will not be disappointed and it's worth every penny. I spent about $120 not including the tip.

Experience:
Thus far I have been here twice and my experience is always above and beyond expectations. I have never been disappointed. I will recommend this salon every chance I get.

This is the only nail salon I'll go to in Lancaster. I have always had a great experience and I can always trust I'll walk out happy and with long-lasting nails. Christine did my nails today and aside from giving me beautiful nails- she was so lovely and friendly. I'll always recommend LUu nails and I will especially recommend Christine!!

I got dip, pedicure, and eyebrows waxed alomost every 2 weeks here. Lately their service has started going down hill with the newer staff they have working. I had to go to another salon to have the jacked up dip they put on my nails removed and redone. The owner was told of the issue and didn't do anything to fix it as usual. I will be taking my business somewhere else that has customer service and nail techs that actually do a good job.

i don't recommend going here. I paid $75 for a full set and the next day one nail came off. not that big of a deal figured i'd just go get it fixed but then 3 days after getting the initial manicure done, i had lost half of my nails. when i called and asked for a refund or for them to be fixed, they said there was nothing they could do about it. i should also add that there were rhinestones lining the cuticle on my ring fingers of both hands that all fell off as well.

Soooo pleasantly surprised! I was working in Lancaster and needed a gel balance and stopped by during lunch. I could tell immediately that Mindy knows what she is doing. Super gentle and exact in her touch, she did a beautiful job. I need my nails super short and she knew exactly how to counsel me off the ledge of too short. She also was super helpful in educating me in the difference between acrylic nails, which I've had for the last 6 months and dip nails which sounds like it will be even better for me.

Great price for an amazing job! I'm back after work for a pedicure. This is my new go-to place!

I get my nails done every three weeks and I enjoy this time with my mother also. She liked the new shop he introduced himself and talked to her and she even knows his name, thanks Sam, Will be back.

Only had this set for a week & they're all peeling and breaking off. They're gel acrylics which gel should last more than a week. Been getting my nails done for years at several salons and never had this issue!

My daughter went there Thursday before her hoco and she had dip gel on, she had asked the nail salon to remove her dip gel and give her acrylics, they refused to remove the dip gel and put the acrylic over he dark brown she had on before, so the color of her nails didn't match her dress, and the brown was showing through her nails, and that wasn't what she asked for because "they couldn't do it" it was just lazy of the nail tech. Wouldn't fix properly or refund money. Needless to say we will not be going back! Horrible customer service when we went back. They charged her 69.00 which doesn't even make sense. I would not recommend your child to go there alone if you do go there. I would not give this place a 1 star!

My nails were actually very pretty when they were done but I walked into the store thinking it'd be 50 at the MOST. The website claims gel acrylics are 35 and when I got up to the register, the man says 58 dollars?! So I asked why it was so much and he said 35 for acrylics, 15 for gel, and 7 for shape. Okay they were good. But not THAT good. I went back in a nicely asked about the website and another man almost attacks me and says, "Our website is nearly 10 years old! We dont know how to change it and Facebook is like that too!" In front of the whole store. So I got flustered and left. I may have understood a bit better if the man didn't scream at me like a child... not coming back sorry.
