Our scrubs, masks, body butters, and beeswax paraffin are made from all natural ORGANIC ingredients. We are the ONLY salon in Rancho Santa Margarita that carry an extensive variety of long lasting Zoya Organic Nail Polishes. We value the safety and comfort of our clients. Our pedicure chairs are PIPELESS and we disinfect our basins with State Board Approved sanitizer after every client. I'm sorry you feel that way. I was as polite as I could be the first time I asked you (I'm assuming) to straighten the nail that was not even and you rudely told me I don't know how to do manicures. I let it go because I know people have bad days. When I asked you to shorten the nails and you once again snapped at me is when I finally hit my breaking point and said I would like to go somewhere else. I understand natural nails are not straight. That's why I don't do them myself. The photo is your idea of an even nail after you filed them. I had already told you I don't like my nails filed that much after the powder dip. With my nails that tends to weaken them too much.
I just had an awful experience at the salon. I have gone here for a long time through a lot of different owners. This time it was a lady I had never seen before She was incredibly rude. One of my nails was not even so I asked her to please even it and she got upset with me that she needs to do the powder dip first. I let it go because I did not want a scene. Then, when I asked her to please shorten the nails like we had talked about at the beginning of the appointment she once again got very upset with me and told me I don't know the process of doing my my nails. At that point, I said I would like to go somewhere else. I offered to pay for the service that she had done so far, but she just told me to leave. Every story has two sides. No one is naturally rude to customers - the people who bring them income. Why don't you ask yourself what you did, don't act like you're naive. You tell the nail technician that she don't know how to file the shape properly. She patiently explains to you that it's just the first step, so the shape can't be 100% perfect. After applying the dip powder, you still have to file the shape and align it later. Finally, the nail will be shorter than it actually is. You can say your opinion, but when the nail technician explains, you rudely interrupt her, threatening to go to another nail salon. At this point, there is no reason for us to keep you. You have the right to leave if you don't like it, we also have the right to refuse service to rude customers. while you don't respect the nail technician. The picture you posted does not prove the quality nails we make. Those are your real nails, and no one else has perfect real nails. You are the customer, but that doesn't mean whatever customer say is always right. After all we are all human, you are not better than us. And take responsibility like an adult. Thank you.
Edit: I am sorry you feel that way too. But she didn’t say that you don’t know how to do manicure. All she said: “that’s the way I do it. Maybe you don’t like my way. Then it’s ok, I will do your way”. But she didn’t have a chance to finish her sentence. You jumped and reacted already. Every nail tech have different ways to do, as long as the results come out good. But she didn’t have a chance to start, you keep telling her that she is doing wrong, and you will go somewhere else because there is tons of nails salon. Well, of course you can. That’s why she tell you to leave.

This is our go to nail place! I recommend you call and make an appointment rather than walk in. Each time I've called ,I was able to get the time I asked for and they are very accommodating.
Located in the Rsm Lake plaza adjacent to all the lovely restaurants such as Carmelita's and Blind Pig.
This place is kept clean and they are professional. I've had most of the nail technicians and all of them have been wonderful. My daughter always recommends Tee. My daughter always gets a gel Mani with specific details and Tee has always been able to achieve all the requests.

Super bummed. I don't treat myself to pedicures that often but decided to try this place out and treat myself. The salon is really pretty. Nicer than most. I picked the "classic" pedicure from the menu. Then was asked if I wanted the callus remover. I said "yes" It was the fastest pedicure I have ever had. A few swipes of the callus remover. A few massage strokes and color on the toes and I was done. Quite frankly, If I want fast, I go to a drive thru. That's what this felt like. Drive thru pedicure. Callouses are still there. Massage? What massage? $50 spent. Bummer. I will not return to this place. Waste of money, but clearly not a waste of time.

My colleague recommended this place for nail services, so I treated myself and my sister to a full mani-pedi for Mother's Day. The workmanship by My Thai was excellent, and I was especially impressed with the design she created on my nails. Her pride and dedication were evident in her artwork. We were offered great refreshments while we waited, and the wait time was short. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment more often. Great job!

I have gone there a few times but today was overly disappointing. I set an appointment for 3:30pm. My service started at 4:00, which I didn't mind, but they hurried up and finished my pedicure in 15 mins instead of the usual 30-40 mins. That's because they over booked and there were others waiting. Considering I'm 36w pregnant, they didn't really make my experience pleasant or be a little more considerate. I kept telling them I couldn't bend my knees in a certain angle and they seemed a bit annoyed about it.
What's worse is after I complained--they merely asked me to send in comments through their review link. Not even an apology, which was all I was after.
15 mins for USD 40 is certainly not worth it.

Please note that I arrived at 3:35. Also, the nail technician only stood up for 5 mins. And it was USD 35 plus USD 5 as tip. Hope you can focus on the fact that I was short changed with a 15 minute procedure rather than those small details. We are so sorry that you had bad experience. But your appointment was at 3:30, you show up at 3:40, we did not over book our appointment. One of our client show up 30 mins late, and it messed up our whole schedule. But we definitely took all responsibility for it when we can’t keep your appointment on time. And we are so guilty about that. We wanted to make our customers happy. But it was out of our control because of holiday season and another customer’s delays.
We are sorry that you are pregnant and can’t bend your knee. But can you put yourself in the situation of our nail technician, instead of sitting to do your pedicure like normal l, she has to stand up straight and bend over to cut your toenails, cut your cuticles and paint your toenails because you can’t bend your knee. It’s not easy job when our nail tech have stand up to do your pedicure.
That’s a hard job- I will say. You can’t bend your toes, that’s fine, but we tried our best to do your pedicure. Sorry we can’t make it perfectly the way you wanted it. And your pedicure was $35, not $40. $35 or $40, it’s still money and we all work hard for it. But please don’t make things up like that.

Her craftsmanship was outstanding, and she efficiently completed the pedicure and manicure within an hour. The salon was immaculate, and the delightful refreshments added to our enjoyable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Under new management, so decided to give it a try. Did a really good job. Previous review of having my feet scraped off, was a while back and under different management. I would definitely go back to Luxe again.

Obviously she knew it was cut and bleeding but continue to work on them. She told me to put Vaseline on my feet as if it was no big deal. I didn't notice they were bleeding until I got home. Pain in the evening with redness and swelling. Called the doctor and he said he wants to see me first thing in the morning. As a professional, she should've known better.

I had the most amazing experience getting my nails done by Mai Tai and the staff. This nail salon has changed management about 4 times since it opened but the newest owner Mai Tai is my favorite. I have been coming in with my close friends and family for the last several months since they opened. Mai tai and her staff truly work with integrity and really want to give the best experience. She even remembered I just had a baby and asked how I was doing :) Every-time i have come in I know I'm going to be able to relax with a glass of wine or a coffee or tea and have a great self care day. My nails always look amazing, all the nail techs are great. Mai tai did my French manicure and it was perfection. Kimmy did my pedicure and it was perfect as well. So grateful to have this great salon in our local community. It's clean and they use great products.

This was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had, and it was for my birthday no less :( went in with my mom and sister and just wanted regular polish bc my mom was paying and I didn't want her to have to spend a fortune on gels. Once they found out we only wanted polish their vibe completely changed and they treated us like they didn't even want us there - I even saw the manager/ owner roll her eyes when we repeated we didn't want gels as she was trying to upsell us.
Even worse, my mom was cut pretty badly by the male nail tech working on her. The manager didn't even come over to check on her, offer her a drink or apologize. In fact it's interesting that all the other reviews say they were offered drinks as we were never offered a single thing. Maybe because we didn't do the more expensive service.
At the end when we went to check out her eyes widened when she realized it was my birthday, maybe she realized they should have treated us better. It was really disappointing and totally ruined my day.
My nails have also completely chipped off only 5 days later. Even without gels this shouldn't have happened this fast, they just did a bad job. Just the absolute worst service I have ever received.
