Luxor Nails and Spa

My 3 year old and I went on Christmas Eve for a mom/ daughter pedicure date. The staff was super warm and accommodating to my little girl who was a bit shy. They have pink butterfly chairs that I'm sure seems absolutely magical to the little ones. It was for mine. The sweet young lady who did my daughters nails helped her through her nerves and painted little hearts on her fingers and toes. She was so patient with her. My little girl was beaming afterward. She felt so special.

Bonus- My toenails looked perfect as well.

I went in after a brow wax next door!
I was greeted promptly and sat in a comfy chair immediately.
My nail tech (I wish I would of caught her name!)
She put all the SNS dip choices in front of me while she removed my previous color.
Helped show me all the new colors that had come in.
(I also had an amazing manicure as well)
She wasn't super aggressive with the nail dremel like I've experienced at other locations.
She took her time and talked about anything with me and everything she was super super sweet!!
They have a loyalty system as well. 1 point for every dollar spent there. (500 is $10 off!)
I will for sure return for future mani and pedis and any of my other needs!!!

I'm a SNS die hard I love the amazing ness and durability it provides my nails.

I have gotten my nails done here a few times... there's this one man who usually does them and he's super nice and good at what he does. My nails always come out really good! Honestly love this place.

After a year of pausing getting nails done due to Covid concerns, I came back to Luxor Nails and Spa and I was sad to see that most of the staff is gone, it is so unfortunate what this pandemic has done to the economy of many families but thankfully my girl Tina stills there! She is amazing, friendly and has always gone above and beyond to pamper me and make me feel special!
I felt very comfortable and safe as owners have implemented safety features and enhanced sanitary procedures. I am sure it has not been easy to stay in business so wish you guys a prompt recovery! I am happy to be back and support this small business!

Tried them today and left completely unsatisfied. I had to pay $40 a horrible nail job. When I requested that she fix it, she treated me terribly. At that point I just wanted to get out of there and now I have to find somebody to fix it.

I called them after to request a refund, and they refused. The manager was patronizing and rude on the phone. This place is terrible. Stay away.

I had a great experience here! I was greeted when I entered and was seen quickly for my walk in manicure. Tina did a great job with my gel mani and was very detailed and friendly. I will definitely be returning!

The people are really nice but communication is lacking so you end up sitting with no one devoted to you. I got a shellac mani & normal pedi for the beach, paid over $70 and they were chipping 2 days in. Upset!

I called an made an appointment for my parents to get a pedicure, would have like mom to get a manicure also however time did not allow that. I had a caretaker that was available to take them today before she went to work this evening. They go sat in their chair an hour after their appointment time, and when we were at home tonight my Dad said look at this foot i dont think these nails were even cut.. They were in facty not. My parents are 83 and almost 85 and this past two years they have been riddeled with medical problems but today was a good day, so a day of pampering was scheduled. I understand that mistakes happen, overscheduling happens, but when i called to complain about todays expierience it was one excuse after another.. they siad my parents refused to go to anyone but Tina.. I called and made the appointment so that is not true and while my mom did end up having Tina my dad did not so how is that an accurate statement.... My parents both denied even mentioning Tina's name.. (although this is not about Tina she has always been nice to my parents when she has taken care of them in the past)Then they said they got very busy and that is why it took so long.. you make appintments especially if you are in this situation so you know what time to be there and what time you are exspected to be done.
Bottom line no accountability for the poor service today.. if you mess up you fix it, you apologize and you move on. The unprofessionalsm of today will not only have us never go back, it will be to alert everyone of their poor service and taking advantage of the Elderly.
My parents have been to Luxor Spa before as the whole family has-- every christmas there is 8 of us that go for a day of spoiling, never again and i will be reporting them to the Better Buisness Bureau.

I had an appointment for 1:00 for a full set of acrylic nails, french white tips and arrived a few minutes early. At 1:35 I finally was seated with a technician, after being told several times, "someone will be with you in a minute" or a technician was "just finishing up". I was told the young man who would be doing my nails was "very fast". The technician tried to talk me into getting gel, but I do my own fill-ins with acrylic and already have supplies on hand. The young man tried 3 times to do an acrylic nail and couldn't figure it out, obviously not familiar with the product. (He tried to put the white on first and cut it with the "pink cutter". When I told him I'd never seen anyone do it that way before, he tried again with the pink first, cut it, then put on the white). He finally said he couldn't do acrylic nails. I left after nearly an hour without having my nails done!
Why did they waste my time?

I made a lash appointment for 630 tonight. I arrived a little early and decided to get an express pedicure to waste time. I finished around 625 and Michelle waved me to the back she pointed across the way to a room so i walked in and got settled. After about five minutes some kid walks in saying Michelle's appointment that was late showed up so i have to wait twenty minutes. I explained that i made an appointment also and that I would like to be helped first because i was on time for mine. After the kid went back and fourth from Michelle to me i came out to speak to her myself. Not sure why children are being made to do the dirty work but long story short Michelle could've cared less about anything i said. She said my app was at 645 and that she'd be with me soon and basically that it wasn't up for debate i was being pushed aside for the girl who was late for whatever reason because I came in with $200 for the services i was supposed to get and was pushed to the side for another appointment right in front of my face. This was my first and last visit. Kelly who did my pedi was very sweet it's a shame her boss acted like that. Michelle stated she was the owner which is crazy because she treated me as if my business meant nothing to her or her company.
