The haircut is mediocre at best. But now if you are including every time he wants to cancel your appointment, saying he's not gonna be in the shop that day which is practically everyday it seems like the haircut is pretty terrible. He talks about having passion for cutting hair but I definitely cant see any passion.

I am new to the area and the last 2 times I went to go get my haircut, they were not the best. I googled barbers and Luxury Lounge Barber Shop came up so I decided to book an appointment. Once I found his shop, It was very clean and professional. Phelps is truly a master at his craft. He is also a good conversationalist and is down to talk about anything. I told him what I wanted and he did indeed deliver! If your looking for a laid back barber and want an excellent haircut,Phelps is the man to go!

I stopped by Phelps the Barber and got an awesome cut! I'd say it's the best cut that I have had in a while. Life gets pretty busy and I don't always have the time to make an appointment, I also refuse to go to a chain salon to have someone run the clippers over my head and call it a haircut. I have been on the lookout for a great barber and Phelps is the man! He has set up shop in a strip mall (between Ritos and East China Inn), it's a nice, clean place. Phelps is a true craftsman and took the time to ensure that my bald fade was perfect. He was great to talk to and provides an excellent haircut. Highly recommend that you give Phelps a shot. He's a great guy and does an awesome job.
