Quality of the service and attention to detail was great! The gentleman I had made sure that all my fingers looked straight, and that every nail was perfect from every angle! The vibe was outstanding, he seemed like he was excited to work, even though we came in right before closing, they took the time and still made sure that me and my mother had an outstanding experience! Definitely my new favorite place to go

Every two months there's a new manager and all new mail techs. I probably won't be coming back. Not only are they expensive compared to others but the quality and work is lower. Two of my nails have popped off and I just got them done a week ago.

This was the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I always get the Basic Pedicure. When the technician was showing me the options, of course he only showed the more expensive options. I told him what I wanted and he said "that's not even a pedicure, it just rinses your feet off." I repeated what I wanted and two more times he said "no..."and tried to upsell me. That's ridiculous to argue with a customer about the service they are requesting.

Then it was time to pick my color. I chose a pink from the DND colors. He said that they only had those in gel colors so he brought me a second set of colors to choose from. I chose another pink. He again said "no, these are gel, choose another one." Before I chose another one he came over with a different pink and said "close enough!" I said "no, I want a pink with glitter." So then he returns with the second color I chose and said it would work.

Next was the pedicure. Y'all...this man was SO rough with my feet! I now have bloody cuts on 3 of my toes and my polish looks terrible. I'm certain he was upset that I didn't choose a more expensive pedicure. He didn't push back the cuticles on my toes and there is polish all over my skin.

I will say my finger nails look good. He seemed much nicer by the time he got to my nails. The one star is specifically for my finer nails. If this review was based only on my pedicure experience then it would be zero stars if that was an option.

Was able to changed appointment and still received the same great service. Randon is a great nail tech and ensure that my nails are healthy prior to completing service.

Bebe went to Vietnam and never came back lol the last 5 times I've been here my very simple services were performed in a rushed manner and the results were poor. This last time I was bounced back and forth between two techs simply because one didn't wanna do a fill. A fill yall and I didn't even get French! I asked for under the nails to be drilled during the fill and you'd have thought I asked for a kidney transplant. I will take my business where it's appreciated. They reuse bits if you don't speak up and say something Lol yeah...I'm good on luxx and won't be back.

My nail tech, Naomi, going to get your nails right every time!! I have no complaints about her work or the salon it's self. Staff is welcoming and nice.

I've always had great service whenever I go in for a pedicure. Don is the best and I always request him. Love I can have some wine and sit back and relax!
