THANKS A BUNCH! So lucky that I chose the absolutely correct company to come and look at our furnace which went out during the night of Dec, 29th. Call made at 8:01 am the next morning was answered by a
REAL PERSON who took down my information and said they would have someone out within the hour. Before the hour was up, we had a call from the service man to say he would not be here till noon... and he was.
Couldn't fix the problem...needed a new furnace and Dallas and his partner were here at 7 am or so on Dec. 31st. By 11 am they were done...out with the old and in with the new! Great service provided by 2 guys who were extremely helpful, professional and organized. The ordeal was far less stressful once they started the work. So good to know that there are still good guys out there! Thanks so much...I will be sending referrals to any of my friends who need service of this nature!! Keep up the great job!

Charged us 1500.00 for repair after doing a diagnostics. Next day it breaks down again and they say oh sorry you need a new furnaced. So on top of 1500.00 they want another 6000.00 to put in a new furnace. They should have noticed what was wrong the first time after doing the diagnostics.
I would not recommend this company at all. Sorry.

We are very disappointed in the service that Lynn's HVAC heating and cooling provided us. They were quick to respond to our call. We agreed to their charge of $119 to send a technician. They sent a technician who spent literally a couple of minutes to tell us what we already knew that the motor was not running. He asked for an additional $80 for diagnostics plus tax.

We felt cheated and taken advantage off. They were interested in collecting $199 plus tax more than potentially changing the furnace and working out a long term relationship. Additionally the customer service was not helpful... Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend contacting this compmany.

Our natural gas hot water tank died overnight. In the morning I turned to Google and Yelp to find a reputable company to come and fix it. While I'd never heard of Lynn's before today, I saw they had a great review score and almost every one of their reviews was from a highly satisfied customer.

Based on this, I called Lynn's. The call was answered by a friendly staff member who said someone would be out to replace our tank within an hour. Sure enough, within the hour a couple of their friendly employees were here in no time at all and they had the old tank out and new one up and running. The price was reasonable as well.

I won't hesitate to use Lynn's again and I'll be sure to recommend them to friends and family.

We have had Lynn's Heating, Cooling and Plumbing services in our home four times now. The first time was for a leaking tap, then an installation of a garburator, then a installation of a water heater and again today to fix our air conditioner. They are really friendly from the initial call to the service call. They are quick to respond and give you wonderful service for a very reasonable price. What I love the most is that I have a lot of trust in their techs and the whole company as a hold. I will definitely use them for al my heating, cooling and plumbing needs in the future. Very professional company!

Steven showed up earlier than promised, quickly determined the problem with our air conditioner and recommended a solution. Our system is old, but he seems to have solved our immediate problem. I realize we'll likely need to replace it, but for now, we have a system that works and will likely get us through the summer. I was very happy with the service provided.

Not good

came in told me i needed a furnace motor, told me they should have one in the warehouse never called back. I called back the person said oh no one called, never heard from this company again.

Great, fast service from a professional, knowledgeable and friendly tech. Helped us out of a bad sewer situation and gave me an education about what happened, how to prevent it and more. It was a real pleasure dealing with Dallas. I really felt that the service and the job were consistent with what I paid. The value was obvious! Warrantied the job for 3 months, which is suitable for the work we had done. Thanks again. I will definitely call if I have a plumbing dilemma in the future.
