2 hours for a simple fill. Tech used way too much powder. Shaped like almonds. Way too thick. Disgusting.

Another customer arrived after me & had a pedicure & full set done. And left 30 mins before me.

Definitely don't recommend.

Nice spa pedicures. If you're in the area it is worth giving them a try. We got gel nail polish, and my partner got the classic and I upgraded to get tangerine, salt, scrub paraffin, wax and lotion.

They took their time, they were super accommodating! Everyone should be going here! My second time getting a pedicure and it will be the only place I go to from here on out.

I'm spacing on the name of my tech, but she was great! Really took time and care and was super patient with me giving directions for how I wanted the shape of my nails. Because of that back and forth the service took a little longer than normal but the look great and have held up really well!

I got a new set of tips with dip manicure as I wanted to go longer than the set I had on at the time. They were the perfect shape - a little longer than I intended, but I adore them! They're also the perfect thickness- pretty and natural looking, but also thick enough to hold up especially for the length.

Great color selection too.
Atmosphere wise the places was well put together and clean, I called an hour ahead on a Thursday morning and had the place to myself for a solid hour or so.

They do ask you to bring your own "nail kit" or it's a small charge to buy one that you can take with you & bring back. Consists of a really nice nail file and buffer.

I'm a routine 2 week nail doer so I've been looking for my new nail home in Portland. I found it. Mademoiselle is professional, friendly, and very clean! They also have great nail color selections and I love that it's family owned. They take great pride in their product and they should because they are pretttyyyyy great.

My first time here and I really enjoyed the deluxe pedicure. It was a very nice experience and it was very relaxing. It's my idea of a perfect getaway from
Life's daily stresses. I will definitely be back here again perfect service all the way. Thank you!

After my second visit to this establishment
I had to share my second 5 star experience -
I've never had a salon preference for pedicures until now.
I purchased their basic maintenance pedicure, so my expectation was set on receiving the basic no - frills attitude from the tech, but I was impressed by the attention to detail, from the cleaning, shaping & painting - every step was on point. Also, they have the best massaging chairs I've ever sat in.
This will now be my go-to salon, and I recommend it be yours!

I went here a few months ago with some friends for acrylic nails and i was blown away by their service! We had our appointments set and instead of having us go one by one they let us all sit together so we could continue talking and having a good time! They offered us drinks and let us know if other services they provided in case we wanted to do one while we waited. I had the lady at station #3 and she was amazing, i got a simple set and she was so quick with it and they came out stellar! I will be going back!
