Maque Nail Bar

Great customer service, new facility and everyone was so helpful!! I showed them a pic of what I wanted and they did their best to duplicate it. They had wide selection of colors, cat eye, dips gel etc. Chairs and facility were new and clean. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

This shop is aesthetically pleasing. Plenty of foot spas and manicure spaces. The staff was friendly, and my manicurist was polite. The hand and arm massage calmed me, and I'd go back just for that. I received an OPI gel manicure on my natural nails. I'm only giving a four-star rating because the polish in the cuticle pocket could've been a tad neater, and she kept asking me if I take medicine, because my thumb nail bed had a dark stripe down the middle. I'd return to this establishment.

I've been to plenty of nail salons throughout the years this one is one of the best I've been to. Lovely comfy chairs for pedicures , the remote for the massage chair is very comfortable and built into the chair so no fumbling for that remote thing like at other places. I will return.

Eva at Maque always does my nails SO right!!! She picks for me and always knows what I want even when I don't. I used to just get black all the time but like....check these babies out. Highly recommend her and this nail bar! 11/10

Eva did my new set today and they look fabulous, she encouraged me to get almond shape and I love them. Also got pedi and eyebrows arched. I love this place!!!!

Decided to take my 94 yr old grandma n me on a girls day ran into this nail bar looked really cute
(Usually go to the same place to get my nails done but figure it's a special day let's try some place really cute n it's close to where we r shopping)
As soon as we walked in we were very rushed !!!!!!
Not even a chance to look at colors we were asked what we want ,./ I said a pedi but she'd like a powder mani
But mentioned we'd like to see colors first

Which I understand if busy but there was no one waiting , it wasn't close to closing it was just to much
They have so many colors to look at l n to hover over us as we look was to much especially when it's supposed to be a special day,...n when we mentioned we needed a second it wasn't given
Forward to getting a pedi 50 I don't mind paying but it was rushed water was cold cuz it had been sitting since we walked in , when I pressed the chair for a massage I was told not to press it to much (which I only pressed it twice) I had to ask to see if I had an ingrown only then she cut it out , when I asked what something was in my nail she said idk n proceeded, n when rinsing my feet I said if I could have it warm she made it scolding hot, not to mention two days late my polish has already chipped off
For my grandma no drink offered
Charged her for cutting her nails (which I still don't understand other places don't)
N her polish is bumpy
N was 70 plus

The place is beautiful and huge . Feels glam walking in their . Staff is good - This was my first experience!
But the reason for my 2 star review..
Although I wanted to love this place even after the appointment timings were messed up . But the quality that I got for nail paint turned this review into 2 stars.

My friend made an appointment for 2 of us for getting nails done. I had an event the next day so I just wanted a basic manicure with a match shade to my dress.

Firstly, even after making an appointment we had to wait almost an hour before someone started working . Since my friend was getting an SNS they started working on her nails first! I had to wait an extra 15-20 mins before someone started on my nails.

I really didn't pay much attention to what they did on basic manicure, I was only concerned about nail paint. They helped me select a shade to go with my dress which was perfect. I did dry my nails for a very good time at the salon itself as well as I did not do any work after getting home as well .. But to my disappointment not even 24 hrs and the color from one of the nails smudged and other 2 nails peeled off ! My event was just the next day after I got the color done. So I made sure I din do any dishes or any work that would damage them. Definitely can't avoid washing hands and shower !

I got other basic manicure with regular polish done from a very basic nail salon just 2 weeks ago again for an event and my paint did stay up good for at least 4 days !

A total dissatisfaction and disappointment!! Not going back to this place again! It's fancy but the quality of the paint is really really poor !! Even if it's a regular polish I at least expect it to stay for 2 days if not more !!

Had such a good experience here! First time here and the lady who checked us in was super nice and the way they have service tickets ready to go at your spot is super efficient. The lady did super well and asked for my feedback multiple times to make sure I liked it. The vibes were also very nice :) would definitely recommend

I had an amazing experience! Kim was my nail tech, and her attention to detail, hospitality, and eye for perfection did not go unnoticed. I got a pedicure and a shellac manicure. Both were done sooo well!

Their color selection is massive!!! I appreciate that so much. As a lover of OPI, I was super happy with the selection. I'll be back!

Don't waste your money going to this place and thinking you're going to get very good customer service !!!!
I was spoken to rudely. I was not listened to in any way, and I was also charged for a drink without being informed. If you enjoy sitting while people are trash talking you in Vietnamese and you like to throw away your hard earned money well walk in and have at it.
There are plenty of nail salons in this big City Of Austin . I will find another place to get the service I deserve.
