Master Pro Construction

It was a pleasure working with Master Pro. Our roof, which was made of rubber membrane and shingles, was replaced. They made sure the work was done correctly and on time, and they were quite accommodating. Outstanding work at an affordable price. Outstanding client support as well. I would heartily suggest them to anyone in need of roof replacement or repair.

Contracted with them for a paver walkway repair and adding an access hatch, as well as a small gutter repair. Gutter repair was fine. However, on the pavers, what had been agreed to was doing the access hatch with concrete and steel. I had supplied the pavers as I had them left over from the original walkway. They ended up doing it with wood on dirt and 3/4" planking and the repaired section the pavers were jumbled and not uniform like the rest of the walkway and when I voiced my issues to the owner Zach he originally said he would make it right. He then flip flopped and said since I did not stop the work and I went along with it, he would not fix it. Even though I never signed off on it. Zach was never onsite except when he reviewed the job and gave me the quote. For my part I should have stopped the work when it was not what was agreed to even though his brother kept trying to convince me it was the best way to do the job, and I should not have paid them but when they were complete, but they were waiting and pressing for payment in front of me. I had figured Zach would honor the quote and fix it. I was wrong. Now I'm going to have to pay again for the same job to be redone correctly by a professional contractor that will do it right and eat up more materials, time, and money. In the photo from the cone forward is the small section they worked on.

Amazing. One hour after posting this review they called and came the next day and repaired the storm door. Thank you.
