I had been trying to find a trustworthy, competent, contractor to remodel my washer/dryer closet for about six months.. I also needed to redo my vegetable garden fence and driveway gate and doing both, inside and outside, proved to be too much to ask. The original fence and gate I had built 14 years ago was really nice and had great durability so I wasn't getting my hopes up for another one that good. I did find some nice businesses but they were often lacking in licenses' and/or insurance and they just didn't fit the bill in terms of neatness, cleanliness and politeness. Then I found Matt Rowland, of MDR Home Solutions, and his team. Matt was professional, thoughtful and clear in what his business could provide. No hidden upcharges, and everything above board. He scheduled us and then kept us apprised of the time line as it grew closer. Once the job started workers showed up every day at 8:00 and finished at 5 pm. Matt told me it would be 4 days to complete unless something unexpected happened. Only one day fell short on crew and Matt made up for it by coming in and taking his worker's place. The job finished in 4 days and I obsoletely love the results. I can honestly say MDR showed professional behavior in every way, offered reasonable cost, really listened to the customer and what they wanted, and didn't consider the job finished until it truly was. We had such great service from Matt and his crew!
And one little P.S.- They rebuilt a large gate for the outside part of the project and we received multiple compliments for that as well!

These guys were very efficient, reasonably-priced, and thorough. When I notified them about a very small issue after completion, they came out and fixed it within 24 hours. Very professional!
