On top of all that I had a pinched nerve causing partial numbness in my left hand. Rather than taking doctor prescribed drugs and paying tons of money to go for nerve conduction testing Adriana was able to locate the tense muscle putting pressure on my nerve and after only 2 massages I'm back to normal. She is a skin and muscle specialist hands down and would recommend her to anyone!

I met Jonathan Overton through Linkedin, he was kind enough to offer me a free Birthday Facial, so I brought my best girlfriend and went for a visit. Their shop is in the quaint Steveston Village in Richmond, only 17 minutes drive from my house. Found free parking right out front and the mediaspa storefront is very modern, clean and professional with a nice feminine touch. Jonathan and Adriana are talkative, down to earth people who want nothing but the best for you. I get to try out their fancy machine since I gained 10 lbs due to COVID, to slim the extra fat on my tummy. Their massage bed is the latest model with mechanical risers. I get to lay in warm sheet because it had a heating pad under, which is heavenly. The slimming machine has metal ironing pad that feels like vibrating suction cups moving around on top of my tummy. It's actually a very comfortable and relaxing experience. But that's nothing compared to the facial Adriana gave me. She put a nice smelling gel mask all over my face and neck, then wiped it away with two hot towels that opened all my pores, and then use the same machine that tightens the skin, shrinks the fat underneath the skin and iron away the wrinkles. It was so relaxing I fell asleep and woke up to Adriana giving me the lymphatic massage on my face. I booked 12 appointments, and can't wait to go back! I would highly recommend this mediaspa to anyone wanting to lose fat, reverse the signs of aging, tighten up your skin, relax and rejuvenate. Adriana not only is a professional esthetician, but also a professional personal trainer so tons of great tips.
