MedSuite at Castle Hills

I've committed myself to taking better care of my skin, and decided I want to start getting facials again, so I found MedSuite near me. I was able to book a Saturday appointment for an express hydrafacial pretty quickly and I was on my way. The suite is tucked away in a neighborhood and it's nice and sterile looking inside.

The aesthetician Kayla is amazing! Going in I was slightly concerned with how my skin would respond to the facial since I'm currently using topical creams, but Kayla assured me I would be good. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable about the process, as well as the products used during the facial and their benefits, and she talked me through the whole facial which I truly appreciated. I have extremely sensitive skin and she was so gentle, she really put me at ease through the process. The facial was relaxing, and I noticed an immediate difference in my skin once done. I feel like I took a step in the right direction in choosing MedSuite, I will absolutely return and recommend booking with Kayla!

Finding MedSuite and Melanie was one of my best suburb finds after moving to Dallas. Melanie transformed my skin with several microneedling and hydrafacial sessions. She is an expert in what she does and is intentional in what she suggests (not just trying to sell extra products/services). She was offered her expertise in what she thought I needed with my specific concerns and we were able to improve it so much - improving my confidence woo! Melanie is kind and enjoyable to to while getting services done. The clinic itself is clean, well-decorated and accessible. Thanks Melanie!!

As a Yelp Elite-r, we're normally reviewing our foodie escapades but I thought I'd get on their page to convey how blown away every time with the space and services. Been coming here since their grand opening and I also partake in their events (aka giveaways/ goodies, networking, and drinks)! Every visit at MedSuite exceeds my expectations and the place is well kept and aesthetically pleasing, which makes me feel confident in their operations and compliance.

The medical doc and aesthetician advise and answer every single one of my questions and, most importantly, provide recommendations exclusive to only me, I'm often not impressed when other places up-sell anything without having listened to my concerns and desires. The membership is worth it if you're looking for consistency in your skin and long-term benefits. So far I've taken advantage of a few of their facials, Botox, fillers, peels, and laser hair removal.

I became a huge fan of the products they offered as I started to see results immediately (moved from Florida and the climate and water change did a number on me). They speak from a place of trusting and owning your unique routine and feeling your best! I get compliments on my skin regularly and I owe it MedSuite and their staff!

MedSuite is my go-to med spa! I was a Botox "virgin" up until about three months ago, and it was a wonderful first experience. Everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful, careful, and patient. Dr. Tharoo and team, thank you!!

Dr. Tharoo and team took amazing care of me during my last appointment! I received Dysport and Restalyne fillers on my cheek, chin, and Kysse on my lips. All of the providers were very professional and explained everything in a way that I was able to easily understand and feel relaxed. I am so pleased with my results, Lesly did a fantastic job! I will be referring my friends and family to the MedSuite as well. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Honestly I'd like to start off by saying I don't ever do these kind of reviews if I don't have to. Today MedSuite Castle Hills uploaded a photo on their Instagram page. It was a old review from about 3 months ago. I was praising my esthetician Amanda (who's no longer at that med spa) on how amazing she left my skin looking and feeling. She really is knowledgeable in her field. I also was thanking the entire team for their hospitality and service. However the review they posted was edited. They had completely taken out the part about my facial and my esthetician. I noticed and commented calling them out on it and followed with another comment about what I felt about Dr. Anam's work. They immediately took down the post and never acknowledged my comments and concern. I've kept quiet about how dissatisfied I was and still am, with my Botox and lip fillers. I did express the issue I have with the fillers over the phone with the receptionist. We made appointments but I had to cancel both due to last minute work demands. Nonetheless, Dr. Anam never reached out to me personally to ask if I wanted to have them corrected or even just check in. I tried to be understanding about how these types of procedures affect each individual differently and tried not to make a big deal about the imperfections of my Botox and lip fillers. After what happened today, I'm speaking up now. That was very unprofessional and unethical. If a member of your team is no longer working with you, that does not mean it's ok to take away from their performance as a good esthetician and it doesn't mean you can just edit other PATIENTS, of yours, reviews for any reason, at all.
Now I'm unable to leave a new review on their Google page or Facebook page. I don't appreciate the disrespect. I do expect for Dr. Anam and whoever is in charge of their social media to make it right. I attached screenshots of my original review on both platforms and the comments I made on the post today. Unfortunately they took it down so fast I didn't get a chance to screenshot the actual post of the my review they edited.

By far best hydro facial I have ever had. The spa is safely operating and absolutely the cleanest I have been in. I am so glad I found a high caliber medical spa with honest and helpful staff. I was called by name right from walking in the door even as a first time visitor. Can not say enough great things about this place!
