Unreliable company! Worked hard the first day and had numerous discussions with my husband regarding the stump removal. At the end of the day they accepted payment in full and promised to return the next day to finish removal of several large limbs and trunks. After numerous unanswered calls and emails we decided Derek had no intention of ever returning. The phone he is using for his "business" doesn't even answer as a business phone. Also, no way to leave a voice mail. I'm sure he doesn't want to hear from us as I would love to give him an ear full and tell him exactly what I think of him. We are in our 70's and are unable to complete the job ourselves. He is a scam artist and excuse maker. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
