Miley Law Firm deserves ten stars!!! When I sought assistance with a custody matter, Mr Miley provided not only legal expertise but also a compassionate understanding during a difficult time. After first talking with him, he put me at ease with all the information and advice he gave me.

He gave me a few legal tips to nudge me in the right direction and assured me that I'm capable of handling my situation without the help of an attorney. He didn't charge anything for the consultation or the information he provided. I think that says a lot about his character.

I had a consultation with Mr Miley over the phone and was very impressed by him. However when time to hire him came and I contacted his office I was sent by his secretary Pam an invoice for a retainer fee with a due date same day. And a couple of attachments in a email. When asked her to help me understand what the payment covers and what not she snapped at me in an extremely rude way. She told me to go look for another lawyer as she feels there's a language barrier. I explained to her that Mr. Miley and me had a very good long conversation over the phone and there has not been such thing as a language barrier. At that point she just turned up her radio ignoring my reqest. It was extremely disappointing experience. For the first time in my life I got to experience such unwelcoming unhospitable rudeness being discriminated just for asking a woman to help me understand something. This racist woman Pam seemed to be more interested in the puppy she keeps in the office rather that help Mr Miley clients. I'm sorry I was not given the chance to hire Mr Miley.

I've done a fair amount of business with Mr Miley over the last few years and I want to tell you how impressed I am with him.

First, whether it's been family or criminal law services I've never been disappointed with the results Mr Miley achieved on my behalf. Second, I have never felt like I was being overcharged by the firm. Mr. Miley helped with my custody. He told me the first time when I went in for consultation that I would win. The fee was fair with no extra charge (one time not like my previous lawyer). He wanted to win the case and knew his job. He recommended me to take the deal which was exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with the result. No more child support and I got primary custody, just the way I was hoping for. Pam, front office, always answered my email promptly.
