MINT dentistry | Humble

I've heard a lot about Mint Dentistry through advertisements, so I decided to give them a try. I appreciated how the online booking process was simple and easy. On the day of my appointment I didn't have to wait long at all. But in case you did, I saw they offered a points program to benefit those who may have experienced a longer wait time. I was surprised to see something like that, as that would be the first. I also noticed pleasant Christian music playing while waiting which was also nice. Another nice treat they offered while waiting is the free lip balm you could get. I highly recommend it as your lips can get dry during the treatment process - nice touch.
Once I made it to the back all staff from the xrays, cleaning and so forth were really pleasant and professional. I appreciated how the dentist made sure he took his time to go over any details and see if I had any questions. If that's not enough, they also offer a massage chair and your choice of music to listen to during treatment. I opted for a little Kem - he always sets a calming mood.
Needless to say, I will be back for next cleaning. :D

Went here yesterday because my husband heard them on the radio and wanted to go. Nice office walking in, until I see a few spider webs going from the walls to a couch they had by the counter. Came in for a cleaning but Was told I have to pay for a deep cleaning or no cleaning at all. Because I havnt been to the dentist in a while. Was told and quoted for my wisdom teeth to be removed, when i didn't ask about my wisdom teeth being removed. I wanted a simply cleaning but couldn't get that because they want to give a deep cleaning or nothing. But I was told I have great teeth! Also told I need a fire fill ins, I dnt even have a hole in any of my teeth! I went today to a different dentist to get my teeth cleaned! I feel like you're paying for the pandora playing in the background at this place or the clean bathroom! The cleaning and teeth whitening is said to be free for new patients but they are going to figure out how to get their money! The fact that I couldn't get the basic cleaning I requested and that y'all wanna force wisdom teeth removal is crazy! It's like going to a mechanic for a car, yall want to do everything but what I asked

My local Mint Dentistry branch in Spring was unable to accommodate us when my son complained of discomfort while eating or drinking. Consequently, I arranged an appointment at the Mint Dentistry office in Humble. The receptionist was welcoming, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Following the examination, we were informed that my son required a root canal, which they could commence that very day. However, as this was not our usual branch, I opted to decline and instead scheduled an appointment back in Spring. To our relief, the Spring branch found no signs of decay and no justification for a root canal. They thoroughly checked and confirmed this, leaving me dismayed at the thought that such an oversight could have led to an unnecessary and costly dental procedure for my 15-year-old son on a healthy tooth. Consequently, I have decided not to return to the Humble location and advise others to seek second opinions before consenting to significant dental treatments there.

Great visit every time, they are friendly and professional.
The doctors take time to listen to your concerns and any fears and give the best advice on treatment.

Just came in for some cavities Cristal was awesome prepped me for the dentist to do the work. Everyone was friendly and prompt with the appointment time.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE! I've been going to Mint for many years, but this past year the service has declined! The slogan you guys state "HOW MAY I MAKE YOU SMILE" STOP IT! STATE HOW MAY I PISS YOU OFF, LIE, BS, TAKE YOUR $$$ and don't provide any service! I have left messages for over a year and nobody has called me back to discuss my concerns or rectify my issues! I DO NOT RECOMMEND MINT DENISTRY and w/file a complaint w/Dental Board! This review is actually a ZERO, but the only option I have is to rate 1 star.

This locations is actually horrible. The customer service sucks and I can no longer hold my tongue. I had an appointment to fix my crown. I was there early and still had to wait 15-20 minutes. However, that's not the kicker they start to numb my mouth up and had me waiting for about an hour to let it get numb. I'm literally telling them I'm numb and the doctor still doesn't come. She's so busy trying to get patients in and out because as I find out it's HER LAST DAY. So, now I have a numb mouth waiting for 2 hours at this point. I then ask could we start and how long it would take. She's like 45 minutes. Great let's get going, nope. So I have to leave to pick up my kids and of course I was administered anesthesia but no procedure DONE. I wanted to come back and get service from here but NO. Terrible. Mint is not what it seems and the advertisement is bullshit. They gave a credit to my account but they can keep that shit honestly. $100 is not enough for their lack of customer care. 1 star for the really nice dental assistant.

Came in for whitening and Crystal got me in and out. Very nice and professiona.

To whom it may concern,

I wanted to send an email before posting on social media how horrible Mint Dentistry service is. I came in at 12:15 for a 1 o'clock appointment and it's AFTER 1:30 and I'm still waiting for a simple cleaning! This is the second time this office has been unprofessional and disrespectful of MY time. You have employees texting at the front desk and having non work convos with other workers, perception is everything and my perception is the people don't care about anything other than their personal conversations. Your reception is rude and needs to be retrained. If I come asking about why it's taking so long, it would be better to sit and listen instead of cutting me off because you want to get back to your phone.

I would like to have a district manager of this area reach out to me. I am beyond disappointed with the service and I will not be back to mint dentistry. I have given you all chance after chance. What's the point of the making an appointment if the time is not kept? This is dentist office is a complete joke and you all should just close it and let a real dental office lease it out that want to help people and not just collect a check.

My previous experience with Mint was at the Midtown location which was fantastic but this location not so much. I experienced a long wait and attitude when I called to cancel this appt that seemed to be made for me. I was mocked... sorry but my understanding of this message is appt for which I'll be charged for missing. What do you think?
