Love this location! The staff here are amazing and always greet you with a positive attitude I have received 5 star care and this is my go to for my family and myself for all dental needs!

Mint Dentistry in Lake Worth is probably the worst provider's office I've ever dealt with. Without going into all the details (which wouldn't fit here) the office/clerical staff doesn't know their right hand from their left. My latest experience (and my last) was when they provided a fax number on a medical release form and when asked if they'd received it back, I was told "oh that fax hasn't worked since I've been here; you'll just have to go to your dr office and get it and bring it here." NO! I've already been inconvenienced by them and their lab 25 miles away several times and won't go back even tho I have a treatment plan in place. Their "corporate" office is no better. Just get bounced around and around from one person/extension to another.

I have been going to Mint for 7 years and have been to various locations. Their internal communication and scheduling is disorganized. If you like to have your appointments moved or cancelled the day of that have been scheduled for 6 months, after adjusting your work schedule and requesting time off, and never seeing the same doctor, this is the place for you! They are focused on churning patients with insurance for money and do not care about their customers. I should have left years ago but kept giving them a 4th, 5th, 6th chance. Glad to say I am seeking a private practice and getting away from flakey doctors who do not care about the people who help pay their bills.

I wanted a teeth cleaning so called MINT. Keep in mind I am retired and on a budget.
they quoted 200 which is a lot but I decided to had a good feeling about their company.
Came in and they did the bait and switch. She quoted 400 for exam and cleaning and possible reduction if I joined their discount plan for 149 a year. Additionally she let me know deep cleaning would cost 400 per quadrant.

Really frustrated with my experience. I had some work done and am now having pain. Booked twice & at both times got rescheduled.
I undusted things happen but the THRID TIME of this I had it. The little girl hung up on me, changed my appointment time from 5pm to 4pm, lied and said that is wasn't available and then all of sudden I could be seen at 5 and then refused to give me her name. Each time I called I got hung up on but they can text. After requesting several times for a name and manger I got ahold of Nicole and still had no answers.
I am a nurse and my work shift is intense. If you can not accommodate patients, correct your hours on line and train your employees not to lie and freely move set timed appointments.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

They need to keep there normal doctors. I saw a "travel" provider and not only did she smell awful the way she speaks is flat out rude and unprofessional bed side manner. I do not recommend doctor Patel. rude rude rude. Everything else was so plesent and warming

Called me yesterday to verify my appointment at which time nothing was said about needing more info as far as insurance. I got to my appointment today after leaving work early only to be told they can't see me and need to reschedule. Which means I have to take off work again next week. So much for trying somewhere new!

Went there for a consultation. I called and asked if there was a charge for this service and was told there was not. After my visit I was told that they were billing my insurance $500. My insurance only has a $1000 yearly max. This used up 1/2 of it! They argued with me and were very rude - Then they tried to tell me that I was there for a "preventative visit." What I was there for is a new partial, not a "preventative visit". We just wanted to get a price and that's all. They are a bunch of crooks.
Edit after 1st response: It is necessary for to sodomize me?. All we wanted was a price estimate NOT an exam and x-rays. We are gathering prices and you are the only dentist that has done this. And of course you aren't going to do anything about it - you already got your money. Who ever heard of a $500 charge for an estimate? Now I only have $500 to spend on the partial. The woman who did my X-rays was absolutely amazing! When the dentist came to look at my teeth I told her my teeth are extremely sensitive and told the man who came to clean them the same thing. The man was extremely rough and rushed through the cleaning process. When I winced he'd say "oh am I hurting you? You're acting like I'm hurting you." when I said yes he just said "yeah I went a bit deep huh". Every other dentist I've gone to for cleanings has taken their time and have spent about 30 minutes for a good cleaning. He took max 10 minutes. My teeth still don't feel like they should after a cleaning and my teeth still hurt 3 days later and my gums are swollen. . I wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than X-rays. Oh and if you need an extraction and your dental requires medical insurance be run first they won't do it so you have to completely pay out of pocket.
