If I could give it ZERO stars I would! These ppl only work for a check. And they misinform of your of your appt. I literally ask 2x to clarify my appt today. And the girl
Confirmed my appt, and after my deep cleaning to the RIGHT SIDE ONLY! I was left confused and very upset! I asked certain questions so I would know to set my appts! This is soooo ridiculous! Be more specific when explaining things!! Your too busy running a daycare in your breakroom, kids singing loudly and talking loudly. The first visit the lady going over my teeth exams, had to keep repeating herself. She did not mention ANYTHING about my insurance covering one side. If so I could've easily made a statement of paying differently like I did before. I'm sure my records can be verified. We apologize for being unable to provide you with a deep cleaning of all 4 quads in your mouth. Depending on your insurance, a full deep cleaning may not be allowed. We have looked into the issue and your insurance only allows 2 quads at a time when needing a deep cleaning. If I were reviewing the 1st dentist I saw at Mint, I would have given a 5 star review. The 2nd dentist was something nightmares are made of. She couldn't figure out how to get my tooth numb after she drilled down and hit a nerve in my tooth while doing a filling. I'm not completely convinced that she didn't do it on purpose, since she asked me if I had the money to pay for a root canal prior to filling. I was told I had a small cavity when my X-rays were done and we scheduled this appointment (with the 1st dentist @ new patient X-rays). She kept giving me shots and she was laughing saying "Your mouth is so droopy, are you sure your not numb?" 13 shots later, she finally got it numb and put a fill in in over my exposed nerve with medicine on it. She told me my nerve "looked angry". I've never had a problem with a dentist before or after this occurrence. I definitely have PTST now when a dentist is in my mouth. During my root canal (somewhere else, as a result of that trip) my heart was racing when the dentist did my shots, in fear that he wouldn't be able to get it numb again. I've been told that the dentist that did this to me is a float. I can't go back and risk being in a chair with her again.

Absolutely fabulous service received today. I took my daughter here because previously we had gone to Jefferson Dental (of all places, I know) and it was HORRIBLE. Not only were the staff better equipped here, the Dr. and her staff were all A1. They were top tier and made sure my daughter was comfortable throughout the whole service. Everyone from the receptionist, the dental assistant's, the dental hygienist and the Dr. along with her assistant... I couldn't be more impressed! Overall, very pleasant, very affordable and knowledgeable as well. So if you're on edge about whether to choose them or not, just do it! Keep up the great work Mint Waxahachie!

Very disappointed. They were nearly an hour late calling me back and felt like they were rushing the entire time. I understand it being the end of the day and wanting to go home, but that shouldn't effect the service.

I am very satisfied with my crown at the waxahachie office this lady name michelle is amazing she is very friendly and she knows her job thanks to the entire staff i am very pleased with the work

don't waste your time at this 3 ring chain dentists circus. my time is valuable. im a truck driver . i can't come back just because your short staffed on dental hygienists....be more professional and productive. by informing the patients whether they can receive a cleaning no matter deep or regular maintenance cleaning at time of visit. they should be set up to render services at time of visit. they left me sitting in the chair. i had to unbib the dental bib myself. smh... sorry excuse of a dental practice...all it is .is a 5 star hotel with flop house beds... they would not have received a star but the app won't let you post with out at least 1 star. for waxahachie location... i have been to several mint dentistry none this awful...

I came here as a Cash pay patient paid $100.00 for an exam and imaging for ONE tooth and the lady said anything they did would be used with my $100.00 dollars I paid... Long story short, I needed an extraction and the Dentist didn't do anything but refer me out to an Oral Surgeon.... still had to pay the $100.00... I recommend going somewhere else if you need an extraction, with a more experienced DENTIST or someone who knows how to extract molars in the back... Don't waste your MONEY or TIME. I used to work at a dental office years ago and the general dentist I worked for could easily do that. Wish I could find a good dentist

I sincerely apologize that we were unable to complete your extraction. We do charge $100 for a limited exam and wish there was more we could've done to help. Unfortunately your extraction required a specialist to complete which is why you were given a referral.
