This place is a scam!!
The office staff is wonderful and very polite. The dentist is another story. I had my first visit and he did a filling. He couldn't do my numbing properly it took 3 shots to get my mouth numb enough to barely tolerate his drilling. After he did the filling I left and when the numbing wore off I felt my tooth. He left my tooth sunken in as if he only filled it half way! I called and they said I'd have to wait a week to come back. During this time I haven't been able to eat or brush it properly. I finally came back and he pokes around my tooth and tells me the pain is normal and he can't do anything for me. That it will be in pain up to 8 weeks! For a filling. I am livid and upset. They make you sign a " filling work guarantee" saying that if they messed up on your failing they will fix it at no cost to you it's a scam. Save yourself and do not come here.

I came to this dental office for fillings. After the procedure was completed and the numbing wore off, I started feeling extreme pain in two of my teeth. The pain was so unbearable that I couldn't even eat soft foods without feeling excruciating pain. Drinking water was also very cumbersome unless I used a straw. I noticed that I couldn't even floss between one of my teeth because it hurt even to touch. The whole right side of my face was in pain for days after the numbing wore off. I called the office back to let them know that I was in pain and I was initially told the pain was "normal" due to the amount of work that I got completed. I insisted on scheduling another visit and asked for new X-rays. It was discovered that two of my fillings were left OPEN, which is why I was in so much pain. They ended up fixing them, but I will NEVER step foot in this office again.

Please note that the one star review has nothing to do with the staff, there responsiveness, and overall great personalities. The one star review stems from the fact they have a poor business model that has nothing to do with there customers needs/wants. Mint denistry in my experience is a low standard, minuminum professional experience staffed, bait and maximize profit type of company. They offer an amazing "free blitching trays" offer for PPO insurance that brings a lot of people in, and then offer absolutely bare minimum Proffessional experience. Growing up in the same area, I would highly advise steering away from this company and go towards the mass amount of Proffesional Dentist within a 2 mile radius.

Horrible place. Save yourself from this butcher dentist. He messed up on my restoration and when I came back to have it looked at he said the pain was normal. I ended up getting a second option and my tooth was botched. Don't get caught up with the free teeth whitening it's a cheap gimmick to get you in but the man's a hack. Do research and read the reviews!

I schedules 6 months in advance for my general cleaning and verified a week before my appointment that I would be seen. I then get a call two days before my appointment stating I canceled my appointment and they were calling to reschedule!! I asked for the office manager who stated this was a scheduling mistake and she would get me back on the schedule for my cleaning! Two hours before the appointment the office manager calls and stated the dental hygienist called in sick...like really???? I kept the appointed only to have exam and X-rays no cleaning...seeing I took the day off and didn't want to waste that time! The dentist doesn't introduce him self and doesn't explain anything very shallow!!

Got a cleaning done on only side of my mouth. And I was in pain the entire time. They never stopped to check if i was okay. I had tears rolling down my face. They didn't numb me correctly and I felt everything! I felt rushed and uncared for. Never going back.

I had an appointment here for a teeth cleaning and the free teeth whitening back in November and I absolutely loved it. Everyone was so nice and I actually felt relaxed which is a hard state for me to be in when I'm at the dentist (not the biggest fan). Anyways, my experience was great, so great that I told my parents all about it and convinced my mom to get her teeth cleaned there when the new year came around. Her appointment was yesterday (and to fill everyone in my mom is from Mexico and has a hard time translating sometimes) so I went with her to help her understand. All we wanted was her teeth cleaned and the promotion for free teeth whitening that they offered. However, when they pulled me in to tell me about the numerous things she needed to get done I told them that we would think about that and that today was just a teeth cleaning and free whitening kit day. I had my nephew with me and took him out for fresh air while her teeth were being clean and told the receptionist to call me if they needed me.

No one called me. My mom came out with paperwork she had already signed agreeing to the plans I had mentioned earlier, despite me telling them that we would schedule that a different day.

*I was not there to agree/disagree despite signing the form to be shared the information.

*No one there could even translate to her in Spanish and if there was a person there that could have- they didn't.

*She got scammed and taken advantage of because English is her second language and they were trying to make their money.

Basically, they took advantage of my mom and used up all of her dental benefits for the YEAR after I had made clear that we were only there for teeth cleaning and had given the receptionist my number to call me back if anything else were to happen. I will be going to the BBB and filing a report. I really had hope for this place and for the staff but I am left with such a sour taste I will not be back.

My son was excited to go to this dentist from what he heard on the radio. I have PPO insurance so we went however they did not tell me they are NOT IN NETWORKS with MetLife insurance so I got a huge bill. I felt like they were deceitful and conned me!!! This is part of the reason most people hate dentist. If I could I would give a negative 4 stars.

Our appointment is for 1:45 PM. We arrived at approximately 1:30PM and we're given our tablets to complete the new patient paperwork. Cool. It was simple and the kids love playing with the tablets...my issue is that now at 2:22 PM my husband was just called to the back. My 6 year old also has a 1:45 appointment and is now starting to get irritated because we have been here for so long waiting. At 2:25 my son was called to the back and the ladies working with him is extremely nice and patient. I love that...but this long wait has pretty much killed it for me. At least I can say I tried it after hearing all the wonderful commercials on the radio.

I hadn't been to the dentist for over a year. I'm not a big fan and I was so nervous pulling up to the parking lot. I decided to switch to MINT after hearing all the great radio announcements and also after being extremely disappointed with my previous dentist. The place is SO clean and cute. I was greeted right away and because I had done my new patient paper online prior to coming in, I was checked in super fast. The whole staff could tell I was extremely scared but they did a wonderful job making me feel at ease. I absolutely love the Netflix shows I can watch while sitting in the chair and bonus: The chair also has a vibrating and heating effect to really calm me down!! Everyone was super friendly and doctor Hernandez was super sweet. I'm very pleased with my first visit and I HOPE I am just as satisfied next time:) keep up the great work MINT!!
