First time with mold remediation for me. My inspector recommended them for mold. Good team coordination between initial / main contact and boots on the ground. The attention to detail to get all areas clean and dry worked well. The site was left clean and contained during the work timeframe. They were efficient and had good follow through along the process.

I had a small pipe leak behind a wall next to a bookshelf. I actually caught it while taking out a board game and noticed that the box was wet and had a bad odor.

Nick came in for a free estimate. We decided to go with him and glad we did. He was genuine and real.

He had the mold removed and dried. It took about a week and a half.

They only do mold, so to fix the pipe, I had to call in my own plumber or they can refer you one.

Both Nick and Miguel were very professional and comedic. They completed the job in its entirety without any issues.

The peace of mind of not having mold is wonderful and I had a pleasant experience!

Personal opinion: This was our worse experience ever with a contractor. This is a Man who has a bright and cheery personality, used to charm prospective clients. Don't let the personality get in your way of making wise business choices. It took more than 4 months to complete a project he said would take 3 weeks max.It was almost 3 times the cost (which was paid in full) of what his first written estimate was. He made so many excuses as to why it was taking so long that my Aunt has said "you should write a book about it...no, wait, it would be too heavy to lift, let alone read!" He promised to deal with the insurance company stating he had decades of experience with insurance companies and he would deal with it - and now, almost 9 months later, our insurance company or us, have not received what we need to resolve the insurance claim. It has been just awful. He said he took all these pictures through the process and has all the receipts for everything he purchased but when requested, MANY MANY times, we have not received any of the pictures or any of the receipts or any itemized final bill or completion statement. During the process he told us many times he would be there to have his crew finish and I can recall only twice that he actually came at the day and time he promised.... On a 4 month project. We would BEG for him to come and that didnt work for months, So so so MANY broken promises. And he did this to an 87 year old woman and her seriously ill daughter. So you be the judge if that is ok with you. It certainly is not ok with us. Be sure to check his contractor's license and insurance if you still are considering him. I did my best to warn you!

nicholas (owner) came to my house in a timely manner, and was clean, polite, respectful- and most of all very honest. free estimate- and he told me i,didn't need expensive/extensive mold abatement. He could have told me anything and i wouldn't have known the truth. I highly recommend this man, company, and also his very lovely daughter who called me back immediately after my inquiry. she was polite and cheerful- i highly recommend Mold Solutionz. rare to find honest and knowledgable folks in this industry ( or man others) these days.

I work as an on-site property manager and I was referred to Nick at Mold Solutionz by our plumber we were using for a serious and ongoing leak that was causing damage to the units below as well. Nick was called and was immediately able to come to our rescue. Nick and his team were able to assess the situation and help us remedy the problem quickly and efficiently. Nick and his team are very knowledgeable and produced amazing work!
