He is horrible attorney and does not when cases at all lost my case and went to jail because of this guy takes your money and dose not care about your case DO NOT USE HIM

Mr Montagna took our call....bragged about his record with our type of case, citing all the ways he got others reduced... then assigned us to another lawyer because he was too busy. That lawyer moved our court date without even notifying us. Then we get a random notification that lawyer is now not available and we are being bounced to lawyer #3... Only to receive a call a week later that they cannot represent us because they dont have capacity. We hired them TWO MONTHS AGO and they've had our payment IN FULL since DAY ONE. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you aren't going to make them alot of money....DON'T BOTHER.

Terrible unprofessional group of lawyers, purposely got them because of the accolades 6 months prior to my case. Every time I called leave messages no return calls, when I did get the 3 calls back it was a repeat from the first call, then 3 days before my court date I was looking over your file your case is different than what I thought, postponed now my court date, I waited 2 weeks to get it together only to find out attorney left the firm accepted the replacement lawyer. Wasted my time re explaining my case was reassured I'd get a call back in 2 weeks I wait no response, email. Voice-mail. Nothing. Last week I get a call we cannot represent you here are referrals mean while I now only have 1 month before court to find a new lawyer and pay the new lawyer 5000 money while I wait for a refund that they try to play me with. This firm did nothing for me but waste 8 months of my time and cost me 8000 out of pocket until I one day get a refund. I would never recommend these people and once I get my stuff together this won't be the last of a complaint I'll make. Usually I don't care but this cost me time, money, and lost of my child in the mean time. Bad business.
