Used them to replace the glass in my sliding glass door, which had a failed seal. They were able to provide a quote over e-mail, came quickly to measure and I had a new window in two weeks. They also tuned up the sliding door for free. Would definitely use again.

After coming home to a small broken window upstairs, I called every local window installation company in the area to get a sense of the cost. Moore Replacements quote was hundreds of dollars lower than other companies I called. (!)

Then I sort of let it go for a few weeks. When I called back, Moore not only honored the original quote, but came out the next day to measure the window. These guys were wonderful and total pros.

Within a week, Fredy and Guillermo were back, and flawlessly installed a new window for us.

Now, I'm having these guys back to install a new screen door our dog destroyed, and even considering them to help replace our ugly closet doors.

Amazing! My sliding glass door is over fifty years old, and due to the professionals at Moore Replacements it works like it is new. My first experience with them was in 2005 when my door needed an overhaul. Ten years later it is still working perfectly. However, when a six year old went through the sliding screen door I had to call MOORE REPLACEMENTS to fix the track and adjust the torqued screen door. The gentleman just left and my door and screen are clean and working perfectly. Thank you Moore Replacements for always doing the BEST job possible. The work is done promptly and the gentleman that came out was super nice.

I also referred them to my sister whose sliding glass door and screen were in terrible shape. She could not even lock the door because it did not close properly. MOORE REPLACEMENTS fixed it, and it now slides and locks.

This is the third time I have used Moore Replacements to perform repairs at my mothers home. Like before an appointment was set, the tech was on time, inspected the dog door damage and headed out since part's had to be ordered. Once the parts came in the repairs only took 45 minutes or so to complete. I was only charged one service call which was cool. The tech was clean and very professional while at the house. If there was one down fall, it's was the time it took to order the part's (3 weeks). I called Mike Moore after a couple of week to inquire on the part's. He informed me the items I needed did not make the minimum order from the supplier so he had waited to add my items to another larger order. That was a very understandable reason, so no foul. All in all, Moore Replacement's does a nice piece of work at a reasonable price! I would recommended them in a heart beat!

Great company and very professional!!! I had problems opening my Patio Door and was told by another company that I will need to replace the Complete Door at a cost of $2,300!!! Moore Replacement simply changed the Track and Rollers for $376 and now the door works like a dream. Many thanks Guys and keep up the great work!!!

Didn't use this company but when I called, the gentleman told me he was too busy and referred me to a company close to me. I really appreciate honesty and integrity in small business. He could have strung me along and made the process longer and frustrating for me, instead, was honest and helpful. That's the way to do business! Thank you!
