      Edit: I did receive a call back regarding the repairs that needed to be done on my vacuum. I approved the repairs to be done and was quoted 2 weeks for parts to come in and then possibly another 2 weeks for repair and I am happy to report it was done in 3 days. Upon arrival to pick up my items the manager was there ready to assist me. He worked through my issues with me and assured me their communication system is in the works of being upgraded. I received a credit to my account to try them in the future and give them another chance which I will do. They also didn't charge for the parts needed to repair my mixer to make up for the missed communication and rude customer service on the phone.

      I dropped my vacuum and mixer here 16 days ago. Upon drop off I paid for both repairs and was quoted 7-10 days for them to look at my products and see if anything could be repaired. On day 10 I called to check status as I had not heard anything from them. I was told they were now running 7-14 days. No communication on extended repair time. On day 15 I called again to get a status and Sandy who answers their phones was busy on another call and took my name and number and said someone would call me back. No return call so on day 16 I called again and spoke with Sandy. She then proceeded to tell me that I call too much. I needed to wait until I got the call that the technician had looked at my equipment and had an idea if they could be repaired. I instructed her I wanted a call back because if they haven't even started the process after 16 days there's no way I'm going to let them continue as this time frame is excessive. I was told by Sandy she would "try" to get a call back to me today. The communication and customer service is terrible.

      So disappointed on my second visit. $125 just to take it in and get it looked at which I thought went toward repair. This was a simple look at it and see what it needs. No need to take anything apart. Got a $300 plus estimate which floored me. After I replied and said never mind, I'll pick it up and do it myself again, they came back with less than $200 saying that the cord didn't need to be replaced and I was a repeat customer so there was that deduction. Why didn't they say that to begin with? Just felt like they were seeing how much they could get out of me. When I said I'd get the $125 back they said no. That's what they needed to "diagnose " it. Anyone with half a brain could see what it needed and it wasn't worth $125 in labor to do that! Picked it up and they had glued the electrical portion back together. I may put a new plug on it but that is all. They did a great job for not a huge amount of money on the first lamp I took in, but I will never go back.

      Brought in 2 vacuums. Paid $275 before any diagnosis was given. I vacuum was not fixable, so I applied the $75 toward the repair of the Dyson. Keep in mind this is a much older model vacuum. They did the repairs that took over 2 weeks and then charged me another $114. That's $400 to repair an old vacuum!! I should have and could have bought a fantastic vacuum for $400!!!!! Insanity.

      I had to Pay 125$ for them just to look at my lamp that needed a new switch. Then I had to pay for the part ( which was OK) and then for the labor to install the part. Final bill- $200. They were WAY too expensive and I wish I would have looked at Yelp for reviews first.

      WARNING: These people are grifters in the lowest form. I would give zero stars is I could. I bought my Dyson V10 vacuum in to be repaired over a month ago. They demanded a $130 deposit which was clearly explained that would go.towards the repai. The sent me an invoice via email that indicated a balance of $264. $134 Parts and Labor and a $130.service fee.Instead of paying a $4 balance I got.stuck with a $134 balance. They changed me $130 upfront. These people will never see my face again. Some advice to those reading this; don't let them.see yours either.

      We bought a Sanitair vaccum about 2 weeks ago. Found same one online the same day for 150$ less. Returned the unused vaccum. 2 weeks later still no refund to our credit card and every time we call we get a runaround. Will have to report theft I guess.

      I wish I could give 10 stars. Hazem, the owner, is a true professional and knows his craft. I invested in a Miele vacuum for my new house and naturally was nervous to take the price plunge on a quality vacuum. Not only am I wildly happy I did, but the experience truly made the decision an easy one. In a world of online purchases and buying a new model when your current one breaks instead of fixing it (guilty) these guys truly embody the true spirit of why Brick and Mortar IS NOT DEAD. No pushiness, informative helpful, patient, insight and guidance through the consultation process and he even helped me to my car. Has since been helpful with follow up questions and support. They've earned my business and my trust. Thank you!

      Don't trust these guys. I came in to try to get my Dyson vacuum fixed because it was shutting off when I was trying to use it. The gentleman working said I would need to leave it there and they would diagnose the issue for $125 flat fee. I demonstrated what the issue was and he said yes you will need someone who knows this machine to fix it. He also offered that I could trade it in for $50 and showed me a $600 vacuum to buy instead.

      I personally decided at that price point I would try to fix it myself. I went home, googled the issue, watched a video, and then fixed the blockage within ten minutes. The person working new it was this issue (there's just no way that working in a vacuum shop you wouldn't know the telltale signs of a blockage), and instead of being truthful told me I needed to spend $125 to start.

      I recommend if you're going in for a repair to look it up online because they'll charge you $125 for 7 minutes of work.

      I have had two lamps repaired by More Than Vacuums. Both lamps were well made and initially expensive. Rather than dispose of them I took them in and More Than Vacuums did a wonderful job of repairing my lamps. They keep me informed and delivered a great product. I definitely recommend
      them and will use them again in the future!!

      I have my old type writer repair service from here. It is beautiful Erika model from Germany. I paid $400 for this. There are few skipping letters and along with space bar. So I asked them to fix these issues for me. It took over 8 weeks which was fine by me. However, it came nothing was fixed and top of that they broke shift key that was fine! They charge me total of $230 and didn't refund to me a dime. I am not sure it is because I am an Asian if they did this. I was so upset so I cried in the car on the way back home. One of the worst service I have encounter in last 24 years in U.S.
