Mosby Movers

I hired Mosby movers to do a simple storage relocation. Move the contents of a storage unit from one area to another unit in another area. Everything was packed and ready to go.
First, I called to schedule the move and they were reasonably priced and had availability. Upon callback I requested a 20 foot truck. They seemed reluctant to give me what I asked for. Since they didn't see the job prior, I think I would know better my needs.
Fast forward to moving day. I am the first job of the day and they call me at the start time (8am) to tell me they'll be 50 minutes late. Citing the place they were coming from as the reason. Now I was up and at the storage on time. I waited and they were there after 9am.
I waited for them to call and let my S.O. talk to them. They outright lied and made excuses. (I heard the entire convo). Then the manager called and we told him the issue and he initially cited the 1hour window they had and offered a discount. (The 2 stars are for them being professional sounding over the phone.)
Now, I can understand that window on a busy mid-day job with traffic but this was the first job on a Sunday morning. No traffic to speak of.
Now, I booked a second job as well. This experience was to be their audition and they started out poorly so we're going with another company.
I so wanted to support a black owned business and I really had hoped they weren't what their reviews cited but alas, they on that bullshtuff.
