Mountain West Painting

Ty was very communicative, on time, and professional. Did a thorough walkthrough (with tape measure!) to create an estimate so I felt confident there wouldn't be any surprises later... Very friendly crew as well, and my wife loves how well they painted. Happy wife = happy life.

I contacted Mountain West on a Friday night when my painter's sub-contractor fell through on a job with a tight deadline. Ty is a terrific communicator, never sounding rushed or frustrated, even though I was calling him after hours. He got back to me with a fair quote very quickly on Saturday, & had the job done by that Sunday night. I couldn't be happier with the updates or the work. Even his billing system made it so easy to pay him - just wish it allowed tipping!

Ty was so prompt in all of his responses, even when I had a long delay in getting back to him. He quickly came and gave us a more than fair estimate for all the extra work that our project required. We needed one of our bedrooms painted ASAP so we could get it ready as a nursery. There were so many blemishes in the wall that needed patched and texturing that needed to be blended where old wallpaper had been. Ty even offered to remove the crown molding that we were going to remove ourselves at no additional charge. Omar was professional and worked quickly to get everything done on time. The end result was beautiful! Ty came by the following morning to check everything and make sure we were 100% satisfied. There was only spot that needed to be patched and we told him we could finish that since we were already doing patchwork in our basement. He told us he would just need to go get a few supplies and then he fixed the spot and painted it promptly right then. We were so pleased with the service we received overall as well as the fact that we weren't overcharged. We will be recommending Mountain West Painting to all our friends and using them for all our upcoming paint projects.
